This is a hidden gem. I was expecting next to nothing when I bought them. I should have known better with Korean makeup. These are terrific. They stain and blur much more neatly and effectively than any American lip product I've tried (yes, lip addict here, I own dozens). Something about the not-too-thin consistency seems almost ideal to stay inside your vermilion border. But if you do get some in the wrong place when applying, it's easy to correct without leaving your actual skin stained (ahem. Looking at you, Benetint). But once it's on and set, which takes a couple minutes, it's there for the count. Yet it never fully dries out your lips, despite minimal transfer. I have no idea how they do this sorcery, but it works! It's buildable, too. I was also surprised that each of the six colors is a) fairly pigmented, unlike so many Korean lip products; and b) different one from another. I'm medium-fair skinned, but I asked a Black friend to try some, and the deeper colors looked great on her two-toned lips. There's even a bitter orange color I never would have bought, but tried since it's part of the set. It looks amazing with my very slight summer tan and blue eyes. Who would have thought it? And for $10 for the set? Steal. Even if you like only one of the six colors (and you'll like more), it's a real deal on an interesting Korean lip stain/blur technology that's just now gaining popularity in the States.

Review for KIMUSE Water Gel lip tint 6 colors: I’m so glad, I bought this product despite the low reviews at the time because this is such a hidden gem! If you are into like natural makeup looks/MLBB, these lip tints are PERFECT. They go on glossy/shiny but will leave you with a nice tint over time. It’s definitely a bit sheer but if you can a more pigmented look you can definitely build on it. I’ve already recommended this to two friends and they LOVE IT! It’s not sticky at all and won’t leave your lips feeling dry or icky. I don’t remember if I noticed this at first but there is a slight smell. Not unpleasant but it is a bit noticeable. Size wise, they aren’t too small and not too big and perfect for like tossing in your bag. Only down side is that they might not last you more than half a year if you decide to use everyday. I ALSO LOVE THAT THEY HAVE A TRIO SET, sadly you can’t choose. But I would say it’s good if you want to repurchase a specific color(s) without buying the WHOLE set.

Love the colors but they don’t last if you eat or drink anything. I do like that they don’t dry my lips out like other stains. Overall, it was a good purchase and I wear them daily. I also like mixing the colors to make my own look.

They all look the same on me and the colors are very strong, but if you are going for a vivid, virtually indelible lip stain, these are them.

Packaging (the tubes they come in) is not great. They are “ok” and work, the doe foot is standard (kinda small) but why are they all orange? There isn’t even a little sticker on the bottom that’s colored to show you the color you’re grabbing. Besides the darkest color, they pretty much all look the same once blended out. Attaching a pic so you can see what I mean. (If you swatch them straight from the tube they look different but that’s when they are wet and thick, not how you’d wear them on your lips) Keep in mind they will be even less noticeable on your lips. I don’t get it. Im not bugie by any means and am not comparing these to expensive brands either. The colors are just not what I hoped for. Plain. On top of that there’s not much shine and the tint doesn’t last long at all. I’m returning these. I would rather pay for a larger size of one color I really love. There are other brands that far exceed these for not much more money. I don’t think there’s much product in the tubes either. Look closely at the pic and you’ll see what I mean. They cleverly made the tubes a bit thicker to make it seem like there’s more. They also aren’t moisturizing and leave a bad taste in my mouth. Metallicy. I’m not sure why some people rated these so high and praised them. Sometimes quantity is not better than quality. I wish I could say what better brands are out there but my reviews won’t get posted. I suggest you do a quick search for top quality water tint brands and buy one in your price range. I’m positive you’ll be much happier getting one of those. On my lips you can see a couple of coats of “More Bean” and 4 coats of “Berry.” I could see buying these at the dollar store but for $9 you can definitely get better.

I’m been trying different lip tints for years about 20 years ago nars made a lip tint that came in a bottle that was identical to nail polish bottles. It was amazing and you just need a tiny bit to blush your lips and checks and look natural and it didn’t leave a residue behind. I think these are the best tints I’ve found in all this time. It’s not the same but they have some really nice qualities that are better in some ways. These are buildable shades so you can lightly stain your lips or turn it deep and red. The difference is that it’s moisturizing as you apply it to your lips or skin. I noticed that I have to let it dry a bit before applying the next layer but it feels so silky and smooth. And my favorite part is that they smell so good. I’ve noticed that some tubes are grape, or cherry, some are mixed berrys. And I love it. If you don’t like scents I’d stay away. But if you do like scents then these are amazing

I love it. It feels hydrating (or at least not drying) and stays on the lips. Takes only a minute or two to dry and looks super natural. Will take off a bit if eating or drinking, but not as much as other lipsticks and lip tints. Definitely better than tinted lip balms. It lasts a few hours, maybe 2 to 5 hours? So I'd carry it around to reapply during the day. I like to layer it with a nice gloss or tinted lip balm to give it more dimension and a little shine. It's small and compact so it's super convenient if you want to throw it in your purse. As you can see, all the colors are pretty similar, so there isn't really one that won't fit you. Shade stickers don't stick much, but I took them off the bottom and put them on the cap so it sticks better and they haven't moved since.
