PIXPRO FZ55 16MP 5x Zoom Compact Camera - Black

I recently picked up the Kodak PIXPRO FZ55 and after using it for a while, I think it’s a great little camera for simple, everyday photography.The first thing that stood out to me is how compact and lightweight it is. It’s small enough to fit in a pocket or bag without any hassle, which makes it perfect for days out, holidays, or just carrying around without thinking about it. Despite the size, it still feels solid and well put together.In terms of performance, it’s very straightforward to use. It’s a true point-and-shoot camera—no complicated settings, just turn it on and start taking photos. That makes it ideal for beginners or anyone who just wants something easy and reliable. The 16MP sensor and 5x optical zoom give you decent flexibility for everyday shots, from wide-angle photos to closer subjects.Image quality is good for casual use. This was a birthday gift however it is such a compact camera and well worth the money.As I won't be using it I can't comment on it's performance but the recipient was very pleased with the gift.

This is a practical compact camera that is straightforward to use and works well for everyday photography. It is fit for purpose, although there is some room for improvement.

Really good camera

Fantastic camera for holiday snaps. Bought for my daughter to take away on holiday and after trying it out the zoom is very good for the price of the camera. We downloaded a few photos and the quality on our PC is very good.Camera is well built and comes with a carrying strap and USB lead. A Memory Card is required and we got the recommended Sandisk 32Gb which works well.

Broke after a couple weeks, will not turn on

Was a brilliant camera - i say was as it went a round in the washing machine and died. So yes its mot waterproof but it didnt say it was!

I love how easy it is to use this little digi ! It has force flash, usb-c charging, and it is the perfect size. Easy to manage settings and filters make it the right choice for any project.I bought some accessories to go with it, such as the sd reader for my phone, as well as a travel case to ensure i could slip it into any bag. & I literally dont go anywhere without it!I love the photo quality! I get the best candids and quick shots ever with this camera, I really do recommend!!I take a lot of photos of my family & friends that are SUPER cute and good quality but i included what little faceless photos i have from the camera to show indoor quality vs outdoor low lighting!

Assisti a alguns tutoriais no TikTok e no YouTube para entender melhor quais configurações funcionavam para mim. No começo, as fotos ficavam muito borradas e eu não entendia o motivo, mas depois que comecei a usar o “modo manual”, consegui resultados bem melhores.É uma câmera um pouco frágil, então é preciso ter cuidado, principalmente na hora de abrir a parte da bateria, abra com muita delicadeza. Ela é bem leve e, no geral, entrega o que promete.Por ser uma câmera digital que ainda é fabricada atualmente pela Kodak, eu acho uma opção interessante. Dá para fazer várias configurações diferentes e, dependendo delas, as fotos ficam com resultados bem diferentes.Também gostei bastante da função de filmadora. Os vídeos realmente dão aquela sensação de que foram gravados por uma câmera digital, e não pelo celular, o que acho muito legal. Testei mais durante o dia e gostei bastante do resultado. Ainda não sei dizer se o flash funciona bem para filmagens à noite.Também achei bem tranquilo passar as fotos para o computador e carregar a bateria. Só é importante lembrar que ela vem sem cartão de memória, então é necessário comprar um separadamente.Ainda tenho um pouco de dificuldade para fazer fotos de paisagens durante o dia e acho que isso é mais uma questão de aprender a configurar melhor a câmera. Já as fotos noturnas, no geral, gostei bastante do resultado.Para quem estiver pensando em comprar, recomendo assistir a vários vídeos no TikTok e no YouTube e ter um pouco de paciência para testar as configurações. Depois que você entende melhor como ela funciona, consegue encontrar uma configuração que combine com o tipo de foto que gosta de fazer.No geral, estou gostando bastante da câmera e acho que vale a pena. Inclusive, considero uma opção melhor do que comprar uma câmera digital antiga usada, porque essa ainda é fabricada pela Kodak, vem nova e na caixa. Também acho que isso traz mais segurança, já que, se acontecer algum problema, existe a possibilidade de assistência, conserto ou troca. Para mim, é um bom custo-benefício.
