I’m not a big fan of other greens supplements because I find the taste to be off; these are the only ones I like, So good! My kids even love them which is a huge win. I’m all about convenience so I carry them in my purse and can take them anytime, anywhere without water or any hassle at all, and they have all the daily nutrients I need. These are incredible for regularity. Sometimes I would go two or three weeks without a movement, and I had tried all the powders and painful exlax type solutions. I have to do two days of prep for a colonoscopy, and I've tried several prescribed medications without success. I take one of these a day, and I have a movement almost everyday sometimes twice. It's amazing to not feel the exhaustion that living with a backed up intestine will cause.
