One the best medicines
My go to medicine. If you are sick, you need to take it. Recommend a minimum of two doses if you are slightly sick. Need most or the entire box if you have a cold. Easy to take with you. Be careful if you use ginger ale, a lot of fizz. Alka-seltzer products are always great. Best if you have sore throat or persistent coughing. Use with water based liquids.

Cold med
First time I've bought the cherry. I usually buy the orange one. Does not taste that bad and it works quick to help clear up my stuffy nose and the mucas in my throat.

Oh What A Relief it Is!
This medication is by far, the best cold and flu med I’ve taken! Relieves aches and pains, stuffy nose, runny nose and cough. Most combination meds have acetaminophen, which one may need to be cautious if taking OTC meds and prescription meds. Also, the decongestant does not contain pseudoephedrine.

Good stuff
After a week of having a really bad cold tried this medicine and it doesn't taste like citrus fruit but it does help a little bit. I put it in a full tall glass of water which helps me get the water that I need to prevent dehydration.... On the advantages it doesn't have an acetaminophen this says it has aspirin in it. Asprin has been around for a hundred years and doesn't have a lot of recalls it's tried and tested.... One thing I like is that this medicine gets rid of the headache I have had with this cold. I probably would use this again out of all of the medicines that I've tried the DAYQ medicine AND THE OTHER MEDICINES... This one seems pretty fast & effective. Dollar for dollar it is a good value. Also it clears the sinuses pretty quickly I don't know if it's the effervescence or the medicine being in a liquid form working really quickly but just in the time that it took me to write this my sinuses are clear.

Excellent
I have been sick 3 weeks today. I had to stop my car turnaround and go back home. Doctor could not help but this medicine made me feel 30% day 1 just start taking it
