If your going to buy this, do yourself a favor and have a box knife and a hack saw. The hack saw blade alone is all I used to cut the tabs off flush. I uses the knife to cut any extra plastic blocking the extender tabs.I would like to point out to those complaining about this product if you wanted something specific for your car then spend more money and get one. This product provides ALOT for a small price point. Yes, it not perfect but it can easily be solved in seconds with a box knife.Took me less than 30 minutes to put together, just follow the book. It didn't fit my radio exactly, the right side bumps out like a 16th of an inch. Everything connected to my new radio perfectly and to the factory harness.

This "kit" was a waste of money. Not worth the plastic bas it was sent in. BUYER BE WARE just because it says fits you car doesn't mean it actually will. All over package and in the sales add it says will fit 2008 Chevrolet Impalas. It does not. It fits up until 2006- some old body style 2007 Impalas. Not one part worked. Not the dash mounting plastic, not the Antenna adapter, the wiring plugs. NOTHING! I had to run to an actual car stereo store to buy what I really needed. Extremely poor packaged or researched on the manufacturer part. That god it was cheap. Next time I want to waste $20 I'll just go to the strip club!

Was a good kit just didn't work well with my mew unit with 10.1 inch screen

Used this to install a Kissound wireless carplay unit in a 2004 Suburban with a Bose system. I will admit, this is not for the faint of heart but it does work well. The instructions or lack there of....are not the best but if you stare at the paper that came with it long enough, you'll figure it out!!! You will need a pair of side cutters and a dose of patience to make this work but in the end and after many choice words, It will be just fine. For my particular model, you will need to run a separate wire for the ignition on (red wire) and the illumination (orange). No fault of the kit. It's just the way the 04 Suburban is wired. Surprisingly, It works correctly with the factory amplified Bose system needing no additional connectors.

Works as intended. Lost of modifying required to work but thet do at least tell you how. Very low quality injection molding, but that is expected for the price. Everything that comes with the kit is fine.

Harness worked and mount did too. The mount took modifications to fit but atleast it gives you an easy starting point.. don't expect to just take this out the package and have it fit. The Harness fit BUT you NEEEEEED to run a power wire from your head unit to a 12v source because this Harness DOES NOT have a powersupply wire in it. Other than that ,all wires were correct and worked.

Les recomiendo que soliciten el kit de instalación y el cajón con base en su modelo de auto. Yo tuve que comprarla por aparte porque la que viene con el estéreo no encajaba con mi carro. Por lo demás, excelente producto.

En Amazon te recomiendan comprarlo para la instalacion, pero no me percate que para mi carro no servia.

Works perfectly for 2005 Chevrolet Silverado... easy installation, watch some YouTube videos on how other people install it, follow the instructions, might take a bit of time BUT... the fitment actually fits in a GMT800 dash rather perfectly too for a 20 year old truck. I recommend this
