If you don't like to swallow pills, good news. These open up easily and won't add nasty flavors to whatever you mix the powder into. I add it into my creatine / ornithine / glutamine / citrulline pre-workout mix and have had no complications. Then later in the day I take a pill since it's easier to just carry around the powder in capsule form. The difference in vascularity is immense and only takes about a week to show up. I'm not sure if this actually helps my workout, but it makes me feel like I look better, and that helps me stay motivated to do the workout, so it gets a gold star in my book.

Caps are better than tablets for sure. These and honestly the wal mart brand have worked the best for me. Use these to help circulation in my feet and hand..maybe in my mind but I feel like I notice a different if I do not take them.

It's decent if you don't mind taking 6 per day, and if you can keep track of that many. They must be extremely weak to require 6 a day, or not as strong as others that only require 2 a day
