It looks like the fryxgames.se website is sold out of them as of this writing, but if you google "replacement terraforming mars cubes" you'll find several options from 3rd parties and people on things like etsy, and metal cube upgrades as well if you were willing to shell out a bit more cash. I have the base game but do not have additional tiles yo place on the board? What pieces do you. Eed and where do you get them?

The expansion Hellas & Elysium is only 2 extra maps that you can use. When you use one of these 2 maps you do not use the original map in the base game (so there are no extra tiles needed, other than what was provided in the base game)
