Mi mamá estaba tendiendo dolor de espalda cada mañana y quería cambiar de colchón.Después de mucho comparar y leer opiniones nacionales y extranjeras, decidimos comprar también ésta base eléctrica y el colchón de bambú de la misma marca que cumplió con todas sus expectativas, tanto que ahora lo recomienda ampliamente.¿Qué le encantó? ¡todo!Llegó el día esperado, en una caja del tamaño de una pantalla plana, eso si, algo pesada, es necesario al menos 2 personas para cargarla, por su tamaño es fantástica si tienes escaleras en casa o vives en departamento.Pero lo más maravilloso es que tiene un buen descanso, el ajuste de altura de cabeza y pies es fantástico.Ensamble:Para armarla sólo hay que enroscar las patas con la mano, conectar un cable, voltearla y conectar a la luz y listo.¿Qué no le gustó?El único detalle es que la base está diseñada para un colchón individual XL, unos 10 cm más largo que el convencional, lo que hace que sobre un pedazo entre la cabecera y la cama.Uso actual:El uso que le da es para dormir, ver la tv y levantar los pies cuando están hinchados.Observaciones:• Los materiales son buenos, a simple vista no te das cuenta que es eléctrica y tampoco parece cama de hospital.• Leí una critica respecto a la altura y si queda un poco alta, pero bastante aceptable* para una persona de 1.65 m de altura, *si la persona se quiere bajar de la cama teniéndola en una posición de altura de pies y cabeza elevada si podría necesitar un escalón.• Está padre la opción de poder conectar el cel en el puerto USB, sólo hay que considerar comprar un cable largo y ya dejarlo conectado fijo, ya que la entrada queda debajo y puede ser engorroso conectar y desconectar.• Tiene una memoria para grabar tu posición favorita y puedes regresar a la posición completamente horizontal con 1 solo botón.• El control tiene una luz “lámpara” led bastante útil.Espero te sea de utilidad.

I’m taking this time to Share with you as a Concerned Customer,,, I Purchased this Queen Adjustable Base in Feb 2018 I was Extremely Happy with the sleep quality I was getting no lower back pains any longer just by the raising of my head and feet...However now in April 2018 the raised foot adjustment has Stopped Working I contacted the company and the first response from the lady was to Check the Weld Spots on the Adjustable Frame and see if it’s Broken I didn’t see any Broken Weld Spots So she sent me a replacement Motor which I installed very easily last night,,,the lower foot adjustment still didn’t work..Apon further inspection I realized in fact that the Metal Frame had Ripped apart like paper,that Raises the foot portion of the bed,Due to a Cheap Grade of Metal being Used on the Frame, now they said the frame can withstand 750 lbs..well my wife and I are only a combined 400lbs....So Lucid Adjustable Bed Frame to me Need to use a Thicker Grade Metal for the Bed Frame I can’t afford to throw away 700.00 on Something that you are Advertising as a Great Product, and then I Realize it’s Cheaply Made with a Thin Metal that Won’t last,,,,,AND LUCID Company knows it’s Cheap, because the First Question to me was, Can you Check the Metal Frame to see if it has BROKEN WELD SPOT.?? Now I’m Considering to get 2 Twin size XL frames,,because two single frames may be Sturdier and able to support our Weight with out Breaking in the Weld Spots during Raising and lowering the frame with out Defects for us than the Weight of both of us on the single queen frame...Now I have to Purchase New Mattresses for the Change if I make this Choice......( UPDATE 4/30/2018) After Contacting Lucid Company I must say they were very helpful and understanding of the problem, they did give me a alternative option that I was very pleased with and Lucid Company did assist and settle my problem to the Highest Customer Satisfaction as Possible,,and yes I do continue to do Business with Lucid because of the Customer Satisfaction that they have Displayed during my issue on hand and because of that I will give them a rating of “5 Stars” Thank you “Lucid Company” “Sally” for your Great Customer Personal Attention you displayed to me......and as Stated YES I Continue to do Business with Lucid for that Reason...

This bed is very heavy for elderly people, easy to unpack but cannot be carried because of the weight. We managed to slide it to the bedroom on an old sheet not to damage the floor, opened it with bottom up to proceed with installing the legs and make the necessary connection. The tough part was to return it upside up without any luck. It required 2 more people to assist us without damaging the legs. This instruction is in the booklet and should not put weight on the legs when turning it, this could cause damage to the legs because of the weight. The reason we gave it a 4 star is because of this, it should be mentioned in the amazon site that 3 or more persons are required to set it up to let us know help will be needed to assist us. The frame is folded in half and not sturdy when you turn it on its legs which makes it more difficult for only 2 persons. This is not intended to provide a negative review, we very much enjoy this bed with the 12 inch Lucid mattress. It is very comfortable and works great. It is truly easy to install but not in 5 minutes for older couples over 65 like us. We highly recommend this Lucid bed frame and Lucid mattress. Been using it for 2 weeks now and don't regret it.
