Fits an 18" x 13" tray well. No residual taste or odour on food.
My baking tray is 18" x 13" and this parchment paper fits well. At 450F the parchment paper showed no signs of burning after 25 minutes. Some moisture passes through the paper onto the tray but much less compared to parchment paper I was using that came in a roll that I bought at a major grocery chain store. The box comes with a small flap at the top as the photo shows. I haven't noticed any odour or taste being transferred from the parchment paper to my food. The box the paper comes in is flimsy and requires storage on a flat surface. So much better than parchment paper on a roll of cardboard.

Great product. Good quality paper, stuff does not stick to it much, consistent sizes.
Really makes running the food freeze dryer a lot easier and faster. Fits the trays almost perfectly.
