The Velcro is ridiculously strong. Better do a stretch or warmup before you try and move it.

Don’t buy the plastic one, get the aluminum!
Do not waste your money on the plastic one. Mine came cracked and I can see where it will break easily. Spend the extra money and get the aluminum one.
