Very flavorful
As I suspected, these were not overly hot, but I really enjoyed the flavor. I realize heat tolerance is an individual thing, but if you like spicy food you will probably find these to your liking. Great for snacking!

Tastes yummy!
Super tasty. There aren’t a lot in a bag- I mean, you definitely get more than a serving, but like all nuts, these are relatively expensive for the amount you get. BUT, they have a good flavor, they’re not stale or mildewy, and I’ll be buying from this brand again. Update- bought a different flavor this time. Still pretty darn good. I recommend these!

Disappointed in the amount of flavor
I love spicy food. These pistachios have a spicy kick, but they lack flavor. Besides the spice, the flavor of jalapeno is not there. The value for the money is great, they were fresh and not bad. The flavor could be improved though.

Desert mouth
I was excited to try these jalapeño pistachio kernels, but unfortunately, they were a letdown. The flavor itself is decent—the jalapeño seasoning has a nice kick without being overwhelming—but the texture ruined the experience. The pistachios were extremely dry, to the point that eating them made my mouth feel like a desert. Because of the dryness, they didn’t have that fresh, nutty taste you’d expect from quality pistachios. Instead, they felt stale and over-roasted. The resealable pouch is convenient, but it doesn’t matter much when the product inside is already unpleasant to eat. For the price, I expected better quality. These might work sprinkled on salads or mixed into a recipe where the dryness isn’t as noticeable, but as a snack on their own, I can’t recommend them.
