Huge book but detailed

The pages are thin, but this book was very helpful.

The e-books are available for free online and can be printed. I prefer a hard copy and for something I will continue to use, I wanted hard cover. It was delivered quickly.

This book's content is good, however, please be aware that the listing states it is a hardcover. The book is big like a college textbook yet does not have a hardcover. It is an incredibly soft, thin cover. When I purchased this, I decided to pay extra for the protection provided by a hardcover yet ended up with a softcover version. Thus: study-wise, this is a solid book with regard to content. Yet, the description needs updating with regard to the type of cover and the price needs to be adjusted. I am disappointed that I paid more for a hardcover yet received a softcover version.

Great quality

A+++ Well organised, good explanations, great graphics and tables. Very thick book with 1300 pages. Every sections have key terns, critical thinking, test your knowledge, chapter review, links to videos (use the free online version as well). (I passed my biology courses with the same (but biolog), but still from Openstax) Definitely recommend it.

Very large text books (split in 2 as so big). Very good value for money for the print edition.

This book is a monster! I opted for the hardback version. This is a recommended book for my nursing course at University. This book gives me more confidence in learning over the next 3 academic years. I prefer physical copies of books over digital versions. The book is well made and has good quality images and clear text.
