Curly's Liquid Clean Energy Caffeine & Electrolyte Sticks, 30 Packs

So far so good. I love adding a light caffeine boost to my protein fruit smoothie each day. No taste when mixed in to a drink. These are helping me cut down on coffee and sugary soda.

I really liked these. I felt hydrated and energized. I use 2 packets in my lemonade.

I've been enjoying these so far they're easy to mix with water and I like having them on hand when I want something with caffeine and electrolytes the flavor is pretty good and not too strong I also like that the packets are easy to take with me overall a convenient option for busy days

I use these mixed in coconut water for an afternoon energy boost. Hey do a fair job of making me alert enough to handle my long drive hime after a hard day. They have a pretty mild taste, but yes, they do have a taste. I use 2 in my carton of coconut water because I found just one did not give me a sufficient boost. I don’t notice any jitters, and I am able to sleep fine by evening.

Really helps me cut back on sugary sodas and energy drinks. I often use with sodastream seltzers that just have a drop of the Bubly type flavoring

I always use drip drop and love them so much, this wasn’t as strong as the D.D brand. If you use two at a time maybe, but that would mean you are paying twice as much for one drink. Taste? Definitely a taste. Metal kind of and it makes a crackle noise like soda would. Energy? I think so, not anything super noticeable with one packet but I didn’t feel as slumped as before drinking. Buy again? This is a tough one, i wanted this because of the caffeine, drinking too much coffee makes me nauseous. I just don’t think it’s worth buying again simply because I would need to double up every drink, that would be $80 something a month and we’ll, that’s insane. I’ll stick to my drip drop.

It’s completely clear and flavorless! I was honestly expecting it to be at least a tiny bit cloudy or add a tiny taste, but it didn’t change the appearance or taste of my water at all

Let me start by saying that I'm a caffeine junkie. These are pretty low in caffeine content at 40mg per packet. I used to love getting those super popular loaded teas at a local nutrition club. They were anywhere from $10-14 a pop and while I loved them, they sometimes made me jittery. I'd also get confused as to what supplements/enhancers were in certain ones and what I might need to add. SO, I started experimenting. Pictured is my daily morning beverage recipe. I use two of the Curly's clean energy packets(80 mg caffeine), 2 packets of Great Value tropical melon drink mix(if you have not tried them, RUN! They are the best flavor I've ever used and I went from buying an assortment of drink mixes to just having this one on hand), one pouch of BeMe Wellness Radiant peach collagen, and a can of sparkling coconut water or la croix. Sometimes if I'm not using a bubbly drink like one of those, I will use a packet of 4C Energy in addition to what I have listed and then just mix everything with water. This little cocktail gives you a nice pep in your step without jitters or crashing later(yay for clean energy!). It's so versatile and I love incorporating it into my daily routine. It seems expensive, but it breaks down to about a dollar a day(2 for me lol!). Way cheaper than the alternatives! TRY IT! :)
