Do you have to use uv anything? or can you just take them out, find the right size & glue them on? done!?!

It is up to you if you wish to use UV nail glue as well as it is totally up to you if you choose to use UV nail polish. You can just find your size and glue them on, however they will last longer if you use Uv nail glue .

Can you purchase specific sizes?

The available sizes are just short and long from what I had seen when you go on the seller profile. I had purchased both and love the quality i had shaped down the larger sizes of nails to fit my nails when I run out of my size without compromising the integrity of the nails.

Can I use these as press ons by applying glue and nails, then apply nail polish without the UV light?

Yes you can I only recommend that u apply pressure when waiting for glue to dry and keep pressure for a couple minutes longer to be safe and then use regular nail polish.
