Second-favorite Yogi Tea flavor
I love this tea, especially in the winter when a "heavier" flavor just feels good. This would be my second-favorite Yogi variety; in fairness, I really like many Yogi teas. I highly recommend this one, Elderberry Lemon, Blueberry Slim-life (with caffeine), Blackberry Apple Cider, and the variety pack (just for sampling fun). Many flavors are decaffeinated, making them nice for evenings also. For better sleep, use these to enjoy the local honey "two teaspoons a day" home remedy; if you're like me, that might not be quite enough to quiet the mind, but it does seem to help a little.
