Fox in a Box

We got this for our youngest grandson who had just turned 1 shortly before Christmas. He loved this toy!!! It is adorable and not scary at all. He was laughing so hard at the way the fox goes up and down. Who knew that he was gonna like it so much. A great price and gave us unforgettable laughs when he opened this gift on Christmas Day.

I was suprised by the amount of animatiom this toy has relative to the price. It's cute, plays quite a few songs/phrases and is an attention grabber for the babies. It is a little sensitive to movement so the smallest nudge will activate it (especially annoying while trying to put babies to sleep). But worth it.

So fun! Both my infant and toddler love this toy. It’s got smooth music which they dance to as they wait for the fox. Not too loud and very cute. Toy and box are soft (but durable) for kids to play with for a long time

My kid loves it, however, it’s a little fragile and breaks after they try to shut it a couple times, when the fox tries to come out. They love it so much that we bought two of these, now we have two foxes that doesn’t work anymore. If you have a gentle kid that doesn’t like shutting things, I’d say go for it!

Super cute and entertaining fox in a box …. Kept my 4-month old grandson very curious and focused!

Cute, however, it didn’t last very long. My 9 month old granddaughter enjoyed it while it worked.

This is a very well made toy for a low price. Both of my children enjoyed playing with it as infants. This toy spot cleans easily and is surprisingly durable. Mine has been spit up on, sat on, thrown across the room, you name it, but the fox is still going strong. It’s soft and light weight so infants can easily play with it and it’s durable enough to withstand a toddler trying to remove the fox from the box. I recently purchased a second one to gift to a friend. I included a picture of mine after 2 years of heavy use. It has held up well so far!

Very cute toy. However, not easy to use by any means. Opens fine but very difficult to close. Called Gund directly to ask how to make the top stay closed when the music was done. They were not terribly helpful. Said it may be a faulty item but made replacing it very difficult. I finally gave up and just kept it. Gave to great granddaughter for Christmas and explained how to close it to my daughter hoping she would have better luck than I did.

This Baby GUND Fox in a Box is absolutely adorable! The plush is super soft, well-made, and the little fox pops out of the box for a fun surprise. Perfect for gifting or snuggling, and it’s durable enough for little hands. My toddler loves it, and it’s quickly become a favorite. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cute, safe, and cuddly toy.

Perfect gift

Unfortunately I just was not very impressed with this toy. As you can see in my video you need to continually tap on the toy to have it generate any kind of sound. And most of the time it is just a few words. And when you stop tapping on it, it continues to pop up several times trying to entice you, which truthfully I found a little annoying. There is a button that you can press that plays right through which makes it a little easier but it does not play very much either. The material that it is covered is very nice and soft but I feel both the box and little fox could easily be broken apart by little hands. This can be suitable for a baby who would not be handling it but not probably not with a slightly older child around unless you are watching how it is being handled. However it is only $20. It may be suitable for you. Hopefully this information and a look at my video can help you decide. 😊

I usually never write reviews, but here I am. I ordered the elephant and bear a while back and they both came in wonderful condition. They came with batteries, pull tabs still in, tags still attached, bag sealed and clean. My baby loved them so much, I decided to order the fox in the box…. This time It came in a small sealed box, I opened it and it was in a bag that was only sealed with a small piece of scotch tape. The pull tab was already pulled out of the toy, but taped on to the bag. The tags were already cut off and just loose in the bag. There were no batteries inside. The toy itself was very clearly used and dirty. The fox inside of the box was crusty and gross, the exterior of the toy had stains on the button of the toy and on random spots. I wish I took pictures of it, but I was so grossed out and annoyed that I immediately requested a refund and got my dad to take it home with him so he can help me drop it off at a drop off location tomorrow. I’m writing this review late at night as I’m laying in bed annoyed about it. If my dad didn’t already drop it off I’ll ask him to help me take pictures so I can include them on an updated review.

Gave this as a gift. It’s so adorable! The fox is so cute and sings. It peeks slowly so not scaring baby. You won’t be disappointed. My little niece loves it.
