Can you add weights to this machine?

100lb to the bar but I bet you could add a little more. You could hold a 45lb plate. As long as the total weight and your stayes under 385 you are good. You could use a weighted vest as well with the 100lb of plates

Are these NEW or USED? I called the company that sales this and the price is MUCH higher! What is the Warranty on this? I would like to have one..

The one I got was brand new not sure why the price would be that much different but possibly it was a different model they thought you were looking at and the warranty is a one year warranty on all the attachments and a lifetime warranty on the rollers which you will need they wear out quick hope this helps

Have an older tt3000. does anyone know where you get a replacement rope and pulley system? haven't been able to find it.

I believe this company went out of business so you will have to rig up a solution on your own. I had an issue with the rope and one of the hooks that attached the rope to the handle. You can replace your rope with another rope and I simply tied on the handles to the rope and used electrical tape to ensure the knotting would not come undone on the handles. In regards to the pulleys, I would recommend taking pictures of them and going to an online forum for machinists and asking them for advice.

What size is the foot board and does it go up and down?

I didn't measure it for exact measurements but it's approximately 25-27 inches wide and 15-17 inches tall. Mine can be taken off but no adjustment for up and down. Over all its a nice workout machine.
