BACOPA IS PRICELESS!
I bought it to help keep my BP under control, which was skyrocketing! The label said you could take it up to three times a day but I was leery and only took it once...but it worked...then later I felt I could take it twice if I wanted to...lol...then it was working so well, I said, okay, I'll take it three times!...lol..seriously.
