It’s ok
Nasty flavor/smell, but these are easy to swallow quickly. I had been taking supplemental iron bisglycinate for my restless legs, it’s the only thing that actually helps. I stopped taking it and switched to this . After about three weeks of taking 400mg of the shilajit, my rls returned.

High quality Shilajit
I like this tablet because it convenient to take instead of using the Roisin. I was completely burned out and tried all kinds of supplements but it was this small tablet that is turning my life around as I have chronic fatigue syndrome. Just don't take it at bedtime as you may not get any sleep. Take it first thing in the morning and it gives you good energy

Bad reaction.
I feel like I had a bad reaction to taking this product. Started feeling feverish (started w 1 tablet per day, 2 days in a row). Missed a day of work because of it. As soon as I went a day without taking it my symptoms went away. Had no other symptoms just fever-like, general malaise. Was thinking of trying again to see but thinking I won’t now.
