This is the only one that provides links under each image to see a larger, more detailed version online. It's received desertcart's Great on Kindle distinction.. In short, this is the most comprehensive look into mind mapping It will enhance your skills in reading , writing , learning , note taking , brainstorming , planning , productivity , and so much more. Give it a shot, it will change the way you interact with information, no matter how complex! Review: Helped me create a blueprint of ALL the things I should be doing. - I'm so happy I found this book because it explains how to create a visual picture of what needs to be completed in the form of a Mind Map. I felt like I was having memory issues, I could not stay focused on any one thing. I purchased many books on organization, time mgmt, stopping procrastination, and a few other books which had pages after pages of mind maps without instructions. Once I read this book and all the details of how to use a mind map I can definitely say, I do not have memory or focus issues. I just have too many things I am trying to remember to complete. It showed me how to focus on each task or issue I am trying to complete. For example I'm trying to declutter my house and it is overwhelming to look at everything in my house and where to start. I start in my room and head to the closet to put things away and start tackling something in the closet. My mind wanders and jumps from one thought to the next. In this Digital age it seems many feel overwhelmed, unfocused and procrastinate. I feel like there isnt enough time for everything. This book may be helpful for the person who feels overwhelmed with too many things to do and cant get things done. Or if someone does not know where to start on a big project, such as a wedding, vacation, starting a business or any big Idea, this book teaches how to lay things out, so you can see the big picture all on one page. Once I quickly read this book and created a mind map by dumping everything I had on my mind in their proper place, I realized, OMG no wonder I am overwhelmed, I'm trying to do too many things, and organize too many things at the same time. I felt a sense of relief once everything was listed in an orderly way so that I can see the whole picture! Then when I choose what I want to do I know where to start. If I get sidetracked, I can go back and look at my Mind Map, to get back on the correct road to my goal, vision or To-Do list. I highly recommend getting the actual book (kindle is ok, but I get distracted on the internet by other books or other things), highlight the areas which are important to you, and feel the relief of order in your life. I hope it helps. Review: For Everyone (With a Mind) - Mind Mapping isnโt just for studentsโKam Knight shows how it can be used for writing, brainstorming, planning, research, group work, and even with children. This book walks you step by step through the process, making it easy to apply in virtually any area of life. Mind Mapping shows you how to turn ideas into actionโwhether for work, school, or lifeโstep by step and in every setting imaginable. Highly recommend.

Helpful and well-structured
This book makes a great intro to organizing thoughts and boosting productivity. Good mix of visuals and explanation. Some examples felt basic, but overall it gave me useful tools.

A mother's guide to clarity
As a mother juggling the roles of parent, teacher, planner, and occasional crisis manager, I am always looking for tools to bring order to the chaos. Kam Knight's Mind Mapping came into my life at just the right time-and I can honestly say it has transformed how I manage my family's busy life and how I support my children's learning. Mind mapping as Kam presents it goes beyond note-taking technique but a way of thinking that encourages clarity, creativity, and connection. I initially picked it up to help my 10-year-old son who was struggling to organize his school projects. But as I read through the chapters, I began using mind maps to meal plan, schedule weekly activities, and even talk through big feelings with my 7-year-old daughter. It felt so empowering not only for me but for my kids. They started creating their own mind maps to study, brainstorm birthday party ideas, and manage chores. It turned into a family habit that helps us communicate better and stay on the same page.

Rewarding if the topic matters apply to you
I want to start by addressing the writing and quality of the book because that's really the highlight. To begin this is a competently written and packaged book, and even Amazon agrees as they have given it the "Great on Kindle" tag, which means it is free of issues that plague other books. Also the material is not some summary that can be found online. I did numerous online searches and reviewed a number of books before buying this and and there is no comparison, they don't even come close. Do an internet search and you'll see the results are terribly basic, cover a hand of use cases and use only stock photos as examples. The examples and diagrams in this book are much more detailed I mean just look at the images other reviewers have uploaded, they were all created for this book and not available anywhere else. Lastly the book is very extensive. Everything in this book is extensive. The introduction to mind mapping is extensive, the note taking section is extensive, the other uses is extensive, the section on mapping with children is extensive, the mind mapping software chapter is extensive. I think that's what makes Kam excel as a writer, he provides a complete experience of mind mapping giving you all the ins and outs to consider and more than enough variations and alternatives. He doesn't take a "my way or the high way" approach but how to mold it to fit you and how your brain works. This was all great for the things that applied to me, I do a lot of writing and brainstorming so those chapters were absolute killer. They provided so much good intel and really upped my writing and creativity game. The section on using mind maps for presenting was also solid, if you want to learn an efficient way to convey a lot or complex information without confusing your audience read chapter 12. But not all the chapters applied to me, despite the detailed analysis I didn't care for the chapters on lists or group mind mapping all that much. Also there is an entire section on mind mapping with children that had little relevance to me. The tips for helping children learn and absorb better are brilliant if I had kids but I don't so didn't get much use out of them. At the end of the day the issue is not with the quality or the writing as that's firm, it comes down to if the topic matters or are useful to you if so you'll love this book as many do. For me some were useful others not as much so I would use this book as a resource reading the chapters that apply to you and skipping those that don't.

wow awesome technique
The book is great with very good day to day examples, author explains each use case in depth with examples on different areas where the technique can be used, at the end he lists the software as well which is cherry on top, he also provides all the mind maps for various examples covered in the book, idea is simple and easy to follow, I enjoyed the book from the beginning till the end

From a teacher
I picked it up mind mapping hoping to find a better way to help students organize information. What I found was a method that matched how many of them already think nonlinear, visual and layered. Mr Knight's book has helped me introduced the technique across grade levels and subjects and once my students gave it a try, they found it easier to make connections and recall the lectures, giving them a structure that feels right for them. What I do is have them share their mind maps to the class so they can learn from the creativity and organization of each other. Sometimes we'll build a large map from each student's individual maps as Kam describes in the chapter on group mind mapping. I've seen quieter students use mind maps to express the complex thoughts in their heads and more visual learners find their footing in subjects where they'd usually fall behind. This encouraged me to rethink how I present material and with Kam's guidance on presenting with mind maps I'm focused less on slides and more through mapped discussions or open-ended thinking webs.

AI took my job
I needed to learn new skills. Learning wasn't easy like when I was young. It wasn't easy then either. But it became more important now. Thank goodness someone passed a long this book. Developing human-centric thinking tools like mind mapping has never been so important. In a world driven more and more by AI we need to double down on uniquely human skills that machines can't replicate: creativity, holistic thinking, problem solving. This book fosters all this. Some of the uses go overboard but overall I'm glad to come across it. It's better to learn now than when it's too late.

Livro prรกtico e tรฉcnica muito รบtil
