Nice product and this is my second airfryer and it is so much reliable and very easy to handle.

Worst product and especially the product service in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. I'm writing my honest opinion and the issues that I have faced so please look into this review before going for a purchase. I was planning to buy Philips but since with my budget I was getting this product I bought this trust me guys worst product purchased on April and it's been only 1.5months and product is showing error code and not even doing the fryer properly. I raised a request to service center and they raised service request for technician home visit and it's been almost 2 weeks now no one has come and when I called multiple times they saying the service request rejected and especially the service branch manager Anil, trust me guys he is the worst person I come across with all my online product experience. Don't know how to talk to customers and won't even pick up even if you call him. Not even a single time he answered in a week. If you're out of budget and badly need an airfryer please wait and purchase other products based on review but not this. I have experienced enough service technician trauma and hope you won't fall victim to this

Works well and worth it for such a low price. However the Air Fryer stopped working in 2 days. Amazon replaced it quickly and the new one is working well .

I am using for last 3years. Its my favourite kitchen appliances. Without oil l could enjoy my favourite items is more important

It's not good it's not working west of money

Very worst product and disappointing experience I purchased this Pigeon air fryer during the sale on 30/09/2025 and used it only three times. While using it, error codes E1, E2, and E3 kept appearing. Initially, I thought it was normal, but after searching online, I found that these errors indicate a manufacturing defect. I tried contacting Pigeon customer care, but their number was not reachable at all. Then I contacted Amazon customer support. They also tried reaching Pigeon but failed. After wasting a lot of my time, Amazon finally asked me to return the product for a refund. I requested a replacement instead of a refund because the product price has now increased, and I would incur a loss if I bought it again. However, Amazon refused and said they could not do anything. This has been a very bad experience with both Amazon and Pigeon. Due to poor product quality and zero customer support, I would never recommend buying any Pigeon product. Not even 1 star.
