Simply put, these faucets are one of the best DIY upgrades my wife and I have made to our bathroom in a long time (we purchased two for our double sink area). We were a little nervous going with an unfamiliar brand, but since we hadn't had a ton of luck with more prominently labeled fixtures on our last go-round thought we'd give this a try. We were looking for a two-tone design to incorporate both the matte black and the brushed nickel in our bathroom, so aesthetically this was the perfect choice. We installed these ourselves, and it wasn't easy, but looking back, really zero of the issues were directly related to the quality of components of the faucet. The hardest part was getting the old fixtures out. We also realized that the pop up drains that come with these were not a fit for our sinks, which ultimately wasn't a problem at all as I purchased separate drain stoppers that in the long run look like they came with this set. The stoppers were inexpensive, took seconds to install, and look great, so even with adding that expense the faucet was still an excellent value. This comes with the drain connectors needed for installation. These have plastic material on some of the connectors which we were wary of at first, but we grew to understand that this was becoming the norm now even with name brand fixtures. Also, the connections were so easy to install and feel so snug that so far we are happy with basically everything about these. The water flow on these is excellent, and it's also easy to slow the flow down to a slow trickle if you want to. The handles are easy to grip and turn smoothly. Being able to rotate the faucet back and forth and even all the way out of my way when I'm washing my face is a massive upgrade that I'm still not even used to yet. Finally, I do want to mention that we had leaks under the sink on both of these after installation. We assumed it was the faucets' fault since we hadn't had that issue previously, and since upon looking at the dripping it sure appeared to the untrained eye that it was because of the connection of these to our existing plumbing. I even messaged the seller, one hundred percent convinced the product was faulty. At their advice and because we didn't know what else to try, we (long story and about six trips to the big box store), it turned out the problem was that our pre-existing valves needed replacing. Once we replaced our valves, we've literally not had a single drip from these faucets.

This was a perfect look for our newly renovated bathroom. Easy to install, no leaks, and just the look I was going for. The only thing that was disappointing, was the stopper is plastic. I am afraid the black will eventually scratch off. But for now, everything looks good.

This was my forth purchase of this faucet. I also purchased one in satin nickel. They are great quality for the price and look very nice. I did have one handle ring where the paint chipped off and customer service sent me 3 replacements which was easy to install. Highly recommend!

Not even a year after installing two of these, and both are falling apart. I cannot clean them without chunks of the paint flaking off. The coating of paint was likely done poorly. Sadly I will have to replace both.

I replaced our Master bath faucets with this which looked nearly identical to the originals at a fraction of the cost. Everything included in the box including a generous amount of plumbing tape. Quick release hoses made installation a breeze. No leaks, and the faucet rotates which my original could not do. Looks great (brushed nickel). The cost is unbelievable. I like the oversized sink trap, which can't get stuck in the down position as it's the above sink oversized style. My old one was a popup level with the sink that overtime got stuck and required unhooking the trap and popping it up from underneath the sink.

Very nice faucet set, installed in just minutes, the additional hour was taken to remove the last faucet. The heck is a little talled than I expected but not a problem. The only concern is that the water connection points are plastic going from the handles to the neck.
