Why is the price here even more than the official india website ?

At the time of sale the price can go up to 19k but sometimes the price changes according to the seller and maximum price had gone for to 22k

It does not have any specific storage in tablet it works on plug in plug out system through laptops and pc.

Is it good for note taking? Can it make notes in MS one note on pc just like pen and paper

It's a really good tablet and it also depends on the software you are using to take notes.
