The only issue I have with this machine is that it leaks when using the steamer function. For this reason, I will give it a four-star rating instead of a five-star rating. Review: Dose not clean - This claims that it cleans hats but it only irons them and removes wrinkles that's all. If your looking for a hat iron this is your product if your looking for a washer this Is not it. Also the unit I got leaked water out the back of the unit right next to the power cord.
