This is great coffee. As a holistic person, knowing where my food comes from is important to me. After a lot of research and trying different brands, this is the one I stick to every day. It’s mold free and organic. I get an order every week. The bag is high quality and keeps the beans fresh. I have tried both the coffee and espresso and it’s smooth and flavorful, delicious! I can’t go a day without lol

Excellent coffee. Extremely smooth and creamy on the palette with a very rich bold nutty flavor and no acidic bite. Excellent with cream and sugar or just straight up black. The beans are quality coffee beans that are extremely uniform in size and texture. Literally some of the best coffee beans I have ever tasted. I will order this coffee again.

I’m a big coffee lover, drinking heaps of it every day. When I saw the ads from Fabula saying that the coffee we get from big stores might have mold and bacteria, it made me want to try Fabula. Now, we all have to trust that they’re saying they’re from a single source and mold-free, right? Besides that, it really comes down to taste, and I did enjoy their coffee. It’s smooth and not bitter, not too strong (my heart wasn’t racing, and I didn’t get jittery), and it was just good.The only downside was the price. A single 12 oz bag is about $29.99, which is $39.99 per pound. At that price, and considering how much coffee I drink, my 401k might be gone in no time. If you’re just drinking a couple of cups a day and enjoy a good coffee in the morning, maybe this is for you. But I need my coffee by the sack, so I’ll stick to my usual brand… which isn’t the cheapest, but it’s not $40 bucks a pound. However, when I compare it to Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, which is supposedly the best in the world (I’ve tried it and it’s good), Fabula is a steal.

It's a shame that it tastes too bitter for us to drink. We ordered the Medium Roast and my husband didn't like the taste and it was a little off. We ordered the Dark Roast and it was too bitter. We usually prefer medium to dark and low acid and organic always. We tried this brand because of the third party mold testing but unfortunately it's not worth it if you don't enjoy the taste.

The coffee beans have very good flavor, but for a comparable strength brew, i have to increase the amount of ground beans by 20-30%. With the very high price of the beans, i wont be buying them again.

We used to own a coffee shop so I am definitely a snob when it comes to coffee beans. I have a subscription to Purity coffee and love it! We were going through quite a bit of coffee so needed to order more. I figured I'd give Fabula a try. Well we weren't disappointed. The coffee is smooth, has a deep flavor, no bitter aftertaste, and is priced fair amongst its competitors. I make coffee in a French Press and also in my Moka pot. I love grinding this brand for our French Press and my Purity coffee for our Moka pot.I love that it's tested for mold....so important for coffee.Smooth, delicious, and low acidity. Makes a great cup of coffee.
