One dead pixel on one of the thermostat delivered. For the price I paid I expected better quality.

These products are not compatible with all wire and cables. Specific type of thermostats are to be used.

Unclear instructions
Item is functioning well, easy to install and setup with Tuya app. Temperature may be a little bit off by 0.5/1 degree. Just a note: as per installation instructions, step 2 "Remove the mounting plate by rotating the LCD part" is slightly misleading. It should read "Slide up the thermostat to remove it from the mounting plate"
