Purchased this as it was cheaper than a dutch oven and I am wanting to get into bread making. At first, I was afraid it would be too small, but its the perfect size for the loaves I make. It came well packaged and my bread has turned out well since I've been cooking in it. I have only had to rinse it out rather than do a full wash since I have a bread sling that keeps the pan from getting much in it. Since its small, its easy to put away and yet still holds a lot of my bread supplies so that I can keep that all together. If you are looking to make a dinner for a large family, this will be too small. But for my just budding hobby of bread making, its the perfect size.

Lightweight but a good pan. Has a drain pattern at bottom. Not big enough for a very large family turkey.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I needed a smaller roasting pan. This pan is small, but it will work for a small roast or potatoes for the two of us.

My 16lb country ham fit perfectly. Pan is exactly as advertised. Lid did fit well. Now where do I store it in my small kitchen?

Just the perfect size for a family of two. Great construction and easy to use and then wash.

Perfect for a small household. This is the same as inexpensive roaster that my grandmother used. Except hers was so big she started in the basement. This is proportionally the right size for my small household. I used it to make Chex mix and I also used it another time to roast a chicken with vegetables. It looked like it was too small but it wasn't.

I was desperate for a pan and this was the only one I could get delivered in time and was not outrageously expensive. This pan stinks. I had a 14 pound turkey and there is no way you could cook it with the lid on. It says it will cook an 18 pound turkey that is just a lie. I had to cook my turkey with a foil tent but just mad that this pan is not even close to being deep or tall enough to cook a full turkey in it. I do not think you could even cook a 10-12 pound turkey in it if there was a lot of breast meat. If you only eat legs, thighs or breast meat only, it would probably cook it with the lid on. A full turkey. . . no way.

Der Bräter ist formschön, aber leicht wie eine Pappschachtel ( hauchdünnes Blech). Ausgerechnet auf der Unterseite sind scharfkantige Emaillenasen, die mit Sicherheit ein Ceranfeld zerkratzen würden. Ich habe das Teil zurück geschickt.
