Nothing broke, but I wanted to point out that the clamp that grabs the actual pad mount does not have the same tightening resistance as any old cymbal stand wing nut but definetely is clamping down on the mount, which makes me wonder if i was about to break it, other than that works like a charm

While it is high quality, as a name brand item should be, it did NOT come with the appropriate screws to mount anything. A slight bummer as they are absolutely needed in order to use this product.

I use this mount weekly as a church worship drummer. Im weekly taking my SamplePad off the mount to bring home and program. I have read reviews that the mount breaks as it is plastic, This must be improper use and I question how tight those people are tightening it. Its not nesasary to tighten real tight as just snug holds great.

This was perfect for the Strike Multipad. And yes, comes with screws to mount the plate underneath, so don’t throw the box out before looking! I have mounted this to both my rack as well as on a stand and works very well.

I bought this product about 6 weeks ago along with an Alesis Sample Pad Pro. I was waiting to get a few more pieces for the drum kit and didn't test the mount out immediately. After getting everything out of the boxes, I noticed that neither item included screws to actually mount the pad to the stand. I double checked everything, then noticed online that several 1-star reviews mentioned the same problem. I figured that large companies Amazon or Alesis would be more than willing/able to replace 4-6 missing screws that they forgot to include in the first place. I guess my standards for businesses are still too high these days. I first attempted to use Customer Support on Amazon. I was notified that I could not return this item despite me paying the full price for it and them not sending me the full product. Amazon directed me to Alesis's call line. Nobody answered and the answering machine was full (if you don't believe me, call the number and listen to the pre-recorded robot voice yourself). I left a message anyway, just in case and returned to Amazon's customer service line. Amazon is still refusing to let me return the item, but did let me talk to a representative on the chat. The useless chat representative apologized 14 times then asked me if I'd be willing to buy the screws myself separately. I ended the chat on them. I'm strongly considering cancelling prime at this point. I've been ripped off my Amazon a few times in the past, but this one takes the cake. DO NOT BUY FROM ALESIS.

What a ridiculous way to mount the pad. Unless you want to unscrew the 4 grub screws every time you put it up or take it down, you're left with the large ball attachment sticking out. This makes finding a secure case a lot more challenging and really needs changing.

Me gustó mucho el clamp, anteriormente usaba de otro tipo pero el acomodar el multipad era a veces difícil, con este clamp me resuelve ese tema, es algo caro pero lo vale por el beneficio.
