I've tried lots of B12 supplements over the years. They were all pills you swallow or the small sublingual tablets. I never felt the effects and just assumed that the whole B12 thing was a scam. My new doctor recently suggested taking a higher dose supplement and I saw this liquid and thought it'd be more pleasant than a chalky tablet. It's got a nice sour berry taste (like liquid drop candy) and it is insanely effective. Within 30 minutes of taking this I feel like I've already had a cup of coffee. I am much more awake during the day and able to sleep better at night. I had been experiencing lots of joint and muscle pains, they are almost completely gone now. My toes don't get cold anymore. Also having fewer stomach problems. Extremely glad I found this stuff and it's a great deal for the price. One bottle will last two months!

This is an easy to take, fast acting, highly assimilable form of B12. I had Lyme disease for over a decade without a proper diagnosis or treatment. By the time I got to a Lyme treatment specialist, I experienced significant neurological damage. I have now had facial palsy for over 20 years, and I experience numbness in all four limbs. Additionally, I have to wear special shoes to soften the acute foot pain I experience from walking. Further, I am easily prone to fatigue. Suffice it to say, I need all the advantages I can get from B vitamin supplements. I love these B12 drops. They absorb rapidly when applied under the tongue as directed. I have difficulty swallowing even medium size pills, so it is a relief to get a full maximum strength dose of B12 without having to try to get yet another dry pill down my throat. Within days of starting to take them once a day, I experienced a definite upswing in energy. Fatigue began to fade away. As for any improvement in my neurological condition, that will require a bit more time to see. I will make a point to update my review in a year, and report on any neurological improvements I experience from taking these drops.

Love this , ease of use

I can't say for a fact how well this liquid B12 works because I made other changes at the same time that could improve energy, but I'd like to think these drops had something to do with perking me up after just feeling pooped. I take them first thing in the morning before even jumping in the shower. I'd read that someone accidentally squirted the drops onto a clean blouse and while I can imagine that happening, if you take the drops before getting dressed for the day, this wouldn't be a problem. The liquid is red, like Kool-Aid, and has a berry taste. Flavorful but not necessarily sweet. Getting the same exact dose each time might get tricky as there becomes less and less liquid in the bottle, but so far, so good. While these B12 drops seem like a quality product from a company that's trying to do right by its customers, I knocked off a star because the price does seem a bit steep and the rubber tip on the eye dropper thingy felt gummy right out of the box. It doesn't appear that the bottle had ever leaked, but the rubber felt like I needed to wash it but I didn't because I didn't want to otherwise harm it it. Another thing, the stated dose for this product far exceeds what my doctor suggested so keep that in mind as you're shopping for B12 in general.

Whether you have a MTHFR mutation, generally low B12 levels, or a nasty hangover--I found that this product works *exceptionally* well! I tried generic store-bought B12 supplements with marginal success. In talking with my doctor I was informed that cyanocobalamin (standard synthetic B12 suppliment) has to be converted by your body into methylcobalamin. That means extra steps, extra work your body has to do, and a reduced bio-availablity. Plus, in processing cyanocabalamin, your body releases small amounts of cyanide into your bloodstream (though, that isn't a big deal for healthy individuals). Still, that combined with the fact I was struggling to keep my serum levels up using standard supplements lead me to find an affordable, and already methylated, supplement. After 2 weeks of this product I had B12 serum levels of 890 (pg/mL)! Anecdotally, I also found I have far fewer hangovers--and that they're trivial if they do happen on occasion! It's absolutely absurd how much I love this product!
