The feel of writing on this notebook is one of a kind. The paper is soft and fine. It’s an excellent notebook for jotting down notes, writing cursive, keeping lists, or business planning. I saw one of my coworkers was using one of these notebooks and he kept bragging about it. I didnt think much of it until he asked me to write something on it. Wow! I was impressed how smooth the pen slide on the stone paper. His bragging actually had some merit to it. I decided to buy these as a gift for several managers at work and cant wait to see their reaction. I am a big fan of the Italian maker notebook, this is nothing compare to what I have tried before. I really like the fact that there was no trees killed to make this. So far I am really happy with my purchase

Really impressed and happy with this buy. I always find it difficult to judge the quality of the cover from pictures, but am very pleased with the thickness, durability, and feel and would not be able to otherwise tell it is not genuine leather. The notebook has a pleasant heftiness to it which I like. When others pick it up, they notice the difference right away and are intrigued as to why. The paper itself provides a unique writing experience as it is very soft to the touch and allows the pen to glide more smoothly across the page. I also like that it utilizes an otherwise almost unusable product...limestone tailings and therefore eliminates the environmental footprint of conventional paper products. I know first hand from working for 14 years for limestone mining companies. The product used to make this paper is the powdery stone that is unavoidably produced as the stone is sized into the different sellable products.

Gave this as a gift and was told that it was a good product. Doesn't smear and easy to write on.

I use this for recording notes for my D&D campaigns. It fits neatly into my traveling box with my other stuff (dice, figurine case, etc.) and has its own bookmark. The binding is sturdy and so are the pages. I couldn't rip any of the pages out. Seriously, I tugged on a page and eventually sorted to sissors. Also, stone paper! I really like that I can write down notes and such without using tree pulp.

I love Stone paper. It is so smooth to write on. I hate regular paper now. I am so spoiled with this tear resistant and water proof paper. I use FriXion pens on the paper and they write very nicely on this paper and they erase just as nicely as well. Highly recommend this notebook.

It's excellent quality and has a nice weight to it that I love. That being said the ink from my fountain pens do not dry and will smudge even weeks later.
