ECCO Men's Biom Hybrid Golf Shoe

My husband LOVES these shoes.We purchased his first pair (in a different color) at a local Nordstrom's. He'd been shopping for work clothes, and I spotted the pair in the shoe section... my eyes caught by their bright laces. He tried on a pair, and we found out they are intended to be golf shoes, but he found them to be very comfortable for everyday use.The tread is rubber, so they are perfectly functional for everyday use as well as golf.Because he liked the other pair, he decided to buy these in brown. He now wears them interchangeably as his daily work shoes, and they also look great for casual cool outings. He's walked all over Portland, OR time and time again, and says they are maybe the most comfortable shoe he's ever worn.Only con is that the brown ones are just slightly less comfortable than his other pair, but this is typical of shoes.

Fits about 1/2-1 size larger than typical. I wear a 9.5-10 normally. Size 42 (US 8-8.5) worked for me. There is a lot of arch support--too much for me. If you have high arches, then this is a great shoe for you. I felt like I was walking on a lump inside the shoe and eventually made my feet hurt after a few minutes of wearing around the house. Also, I prefer spikeless shoes because they are lower to the ground and make me feel more stable during a swing. These shoes feel really high off the ground (probably due to the high arch support). The Ecco streets were a much better fit for me.

Great shoe! Great price. ECCO has always been a favorite golf shoe; it always come down to price...They are a bit pricey for golf shoes....so any time you can get your hands on these shoes for under $100, PICK THEM UP!!!And nice work by the vendor to offer these shoes at a lower price. Great shoes and super comfortable after a very quick break in period (just a short walk). I had apprehensions about the spikeless design, but after several 18's in dry, soggy, and semi-rainy condition I have found the grip more then adequate in all conditions. I love the style as do 95% of people that have commented on them, only the die-hard classical saddle shoe wearing types look the other way. I love them and would and will buy again.

Wore these for 18 holes right out of the box. Walked that first time and no break in was needed. Feel like athletic shoes but a tiny bit heavier. Very good quality. Didn't get them wet so can't speak to that yet. Solid 4 stars. Expect to up rating to 5 stars after wearing for a season.

My husband ordered these golf shoes. He really likes them, but I had to nix the orange laces. They looked a little too much like clown shoes with them in. Thankfully, they also came with some great brown laces. We like them much better now. He's worn them at least 6 times golfing and tells me the shoes are very comfortable.(signed) The Wife

The best golf shoe I've owned. Most comfortable, light weight and durable. This is my third pair. I still use the first pair I bought 3 years back. Considering I play golf on an average 2-3 times a week, its the most durable golf shoe. Never had an issue with getting my socks wet; though have played in these shoes in light rain and wet ground. All in all a great shoe

I purchased these shoes last minute for a tournament in which the forecast called for rain and I did not think my current mesh shoes would stand a chance. The tournament was at a mountain course and being a new convert to spikeless golf shoes I wanted to give these a shot. I am very very pleased with the shoe. Never slipped one time even on the most extreme side hill lies where a full swing was needed, and my feet never got wet. With these shoes I played right to the tournament win!

A little wary of buying shoes on line but having successfully bough one pair of Eccos, thought I'd take the plunge with a second pair. Very glad I did - these are amazing - fit like a glove ! - so comfortable & with great grip: wore them for the first time yesterday after a wet night, and no sign of moisture ingress. Also my two colleagues brushed their shoes off after the round prior to getting in the car, as I was intending, only to find the soles were as clean as a whistle !...........never expected that - another plus.OK, they're not cheap, but as someone else said, you only get what you pay for - previously I had two pairs in four years - a Footjoys & a Dunlop, both of which were very poor in all respects when compared to the Ecco - Buy 'em !!!

Comfy, and surprisingly good grip considering lack of studs. Bought on the recommendation of a friend, and didn't let me down.

Comfy, supportive and can wear them on and off the course. Not used them in wet conditions but am sure they will be fine.

Arrived on time and was the correct size.
