THIS IS A DISASTER from a reputable company
Nothing works out of the box. Rolls of paper calling their USELESS help, emailing having mny own software people ALL ADISASTER WASTE OF TIME MONEY ANFD EFFORT Back to a pen and paper is BETTER no issues This is the biggest garbabge I have ever used in 40 years EPSOM THIS HOULD BE PLUG AND PLAY BROTHER PRINTERS DO and this is crap and restaurnats are being FORCED by manipulation to use this garbage YOU SHOULD BE REASSEMLED yourselves CRAP CRAP CRAP

La impresora me ha resultado muy buena, aunque las librerías de C# .Net no logran sacar más que un solo tipo de letra de ella, cuando la misma librería en una Epson TM T20iii, obtiene dos tipos de letra. Esa es la única objeción que le observo. La impresora puede ser configurada para trabajar de forma horizontal o vertical, lo cual es genial
