This works very effectively to raise progesterone levels. I had blood work done after taking it for 3 months straight and my blood levels are now on the higher side of normal. Just be careful that if you are taking it for "fertility purposes" only take it the 2nd half of your cycle as my high levels have now stopped me from getting a period. Fine with me personally but if you want to maintain a normal cycle, don't take it continuously.

I’ve been suffering from hormonal acne since I was a teen, but combo birth control pills helped to keep it under control for 20 years. Unfortunately when I turned 40 and had to discontinue use, my hormonal acne came back with a vengeance. I tried all the topicals, various other vitamins/supplements, and even prescription meds. However none of them stopped the monthly breakouts. I started chaste berry about a year ago, and the first month I didn’t see a pimple, I thought it was a fluke. After about 3 months straight I still wasn’t convinced and attributed the change to more dramatic things I was doing to balance my hormones. However, when I stopped taking it for a month, and the breakouts returned, I KNEW it was the chaste berry. I’ve been faithfully buying this stuff ever since. With the active breakouts finally under control, hopefully I’ll eventually find a solution to clear up the hyperpigmentation and scarring the acne has left behind, but I’m so relieved to finally have won the breakout battle at least.

Had a real issue with hormonal levels and PCOS symptoms. This was recommended by my primary physician, whose a friend, and I felt more balance taking these. However, it is better if you take it at night with food.

Started this combined with theanine 4 weeks ago to help with anxiety and irritability during cycle. I felt great and did not have any symptoms for the first time in a long time. Crossing my fingers this so far is doing the trick!

I have had irregular periods since I was 12 years old. For reference, I am now 21! I was recently diagnosed with Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency which has made my period even more irregular.
