I was recently walking my adopted blue heeler mix when she went nuts over a soccer ball that was flying around nearby. When we got home, I immediately ordered this ball for her as a dog toy. She's a notorious chewer and destroys anything "stuffed" within a few days. She likes smaller tennis balls but doesn't really chew on them (thankfully). The second she got it she went nuts again- barking, growling, crouching over it to hoard. It's awesome. I love my happy dog! Con: I didn't realize this is some sort of almost... plastic feeling material? Very slick and easy for her to poke her sharp teeth right into. Pro: Because it's so padded, it doesn't pop the ball! (Whew!) Con: Once those teeth are in, it's all chewing time and within a few days, "chunks" of ball are gone. I.E. she's peeled the black and white plastic off in an area, revealing the padding below. She doesn't swallow it (whew!) and I'm able to just throw the pieces away. (RIP!) Pro: It's got multiple layers of foam padding so she doesn't actually pop it (yet). Additionally, each black to white section is individually stitched so once she starts ripping one off, the stitching stops the "tear" from going past that one section. The ball won't last. She's a 100lb joy tornado when she has it and it's only a matter of time. But the fact it holds up better than "aggressive chewer" dog toys speaks to how good the quality is. Included air pump was great! Mesh bag was trash and got zero use before the black top string came unknotted and slipped out making it more of a pain than just letting her carry it in her teeth likes she wants to.

The soccer ball fit nicely in the Christmas Shoebox and hopefully will be enjoyed by a child in another country. I like that you could choose the appropriate size..

Good quality & size. Has not deflated & Ive only had to pump it with air once.

Do be aware this is a very small ball. So maybe for 2-3 year olds.
