I appreciate the “sturdiness” of this product. *NOTE- I had a delivery with a minor tear* The compression was too strong for me in the first 4-5weeks post partum, inducing some minor incontinence. A gentle yoga pant compression may be better for anyone with a vaginal delivery. The material does stretch with wear. So i’ve had to wash it to shrink it back up. It does offer nice security and comfort as your body is rearranging itself. I would not say this this product is slimming but it does secure your “floppy” belly feel. I am fit, gained almost 40lbs during pregnancy, dropped 20-25lbs within 2 weeks of delivery & I think this made me look thicker in some outfits. I used it mostly with flowy dresses (gave me some confidence when in public) or with my sweatpants at home to help encourage my abs to come back together :)

When I had my first c section 5 years ago, I wish this product was on the market. This time around, I found applying heat to the incision location has been KEY in my recovery and THESE UNDERWEAR MAKE IT POSSIBLE to not just lie flat in bed with a heat pack on, but are practical during the leaving-bed-stages of c section recovery too. (Because that scar does take time to heal beyond the 'bed days' post operation...) Stays in place PERFECTLY, stays warm for what feels like hours....and honestly barely noticeable even under clothes. I call this my KANGAROO POUCH. :) The gentle snugness isnt a replacement for a belly binder but when it's just not practical or comfortable to wear a binder, it provides just a little extra support to feel in place and hopefully on the winning side of diastasis. The customer service of this product may be hands down one of the bewt I've ever experienced in an Amazon purchase -- u have an issue or a question, they got your back...such a relief as a postpartum mom who honestly can't be bothered with unfriendly/unhelpful customer service. Highly recommend! Buy two!!!

Best investment in yourself you can make postpartum. These were comfortable, providing some compression and held everything in place. Really wish I had gotten these for my first kid!

I like the idea of the ice packs, but the underwear itself is so big. Meaning they go all the way up your back. Wouldn't be a problem except they roll down in the back immediately. Definitely not flattering under your shirt. Especially if you're like me and deal with back rolls after pregnancy.

I almost didn't buy these because of the price but I'm SOOOO glad I did. I can wear these with the super huge pads and I still don't feel like I'm wearing a diaper. It actually makes me woddle less because they hold everything so securely. The tummy control is awesome, and so gentle. I was having trouble with my postpartum belly band because having anything tight on my tummy made me feel sick. But these are so gentle while still being supportive. And the help with my back pain. And I feel CUTE in them! Honestly never been happier to buy underwear.

I’m sure these would have been great to use but I never got the opportunity to use them.

My wife says these were great for post-partum travel and pain.
