My Dr recommended that I drink Coconut Water as a summer hydration drink. I am not a fan of Gatorade and coconut water that the minerals and a few calories make it a much better choice for full body hydration. It is so delicious that I’ve began drinking it daily all through the year If you are new to coconut water, I recommend that you first try a pure variety, nothing added. Be aware, as I mentioned above, it is not a non-caloric drink and so cannot be du kk like water, unless you don’t mind the calories. ot makes the perfect drink to use during workout sessions. I highly recommend that you look around and taste different coconut waters. But do toss the colored commercial hydration drinks and start using coconut water instead. I recommend that you start with flavor free varieties. the Turmericp is micro-dose, but seems to be helping stiff joints. Yay!

Delicious and refreshing

The taste is very good and it's easy to drink. The only thing for me is that the cans are very big and the carbs are high. I wish it came in half size, 1 serving, as opposed to the 2 serving size of the can.

Unbelievably good!! I absolutely cannot get enough. This coconut water it hydrating, low calorie, and delicious. Some cans were a little dent in one box but most were packaged better than most ANYTHING IVE GOTTEN as far as “protection” in the mail!! THEY DEFINITELY TRY TO AVOID ANY DENTS IN CANS. However, I realize I’m ordering cans , 2day shipping through the mail and also know that Amazon and their staff are probably, it surely seems they are, doing everything to get my product here to me safely and as quickly as promised and as professional. The staff always place the items at my door step away , take pictures, waive and say hi to me, and off they RUN to their next stop. So I’m not going to be upset if I have a dent or two in a can. The dent I saw was hardly a dent. More like a bump. I absolutely LOVE this coconut water. It’s my favorite. I wish I could afford to have it daily . Lol I’m also not expecting perfection ever and so grateful that AMAZON delivers in such a intense and time of caution. Many people are stuck very sick at home and at constant risk to leave home. Some dyeing at home. Thank you for this yummy refreshing delicious delightful drink and AMAZONS wonderful friendly, reliable service!! We are all so fortunate for you especially in times like this. They were packaged nicely. No dents. I use these drinks when I am severely dehydrated. They pull me right out of it. They taste best cold. I usually pour them into an empty water bottle and sip it throughout the day. My body doesn't seem to absorb water without using some celtic salt or such, so when I get feeling extremely thirsty, I know I need this coconut water. I like this flavor best.

This was an expensive purchase, but I had high hopes of really liking it. The tumeric flavor is way too strong. It ruins it for me. I wish I would have ordered the mango or pineapple flavor instead.

This is the only place I know of to buy this product. I love to drink these when I need good hydration, and is a flavorful and healthy alternative to water.

11 of the 12 cans are dented. Some on both sides, some large, some small. This is not acceptable, especially for the price paid for a food product that is not returnable!!
