Great value, good quality, highly recomend.
Great value, good quality. I purchased a similar, higher priced item from a different manufacturer which I returned. I then purchased this item which was superior and at a lower price. It came in a box, with directions and a knee mat. The other had none of these! It's easy to use and does the job. I highly recommend.

Great for Nordic curls
This works great for Nordic curls. My hamstrings are really weak, so this helps to strengthen them. I do need to use an exercise mat for my knees.Fits easy enough under a bedroom door. Does take a minute to find the right length with the straps depending on your shoe size.

As described. Best if you can put it under a door and use a gym mat for your knees or soft sided knee pads. Great for athletes who are quad heavy and need to strengthen the hamstrings!

A sturdy door is required.
Make sure your door is sturdy enough. The pressure is on the bottom of the door, a weak door would probably break in half. Follow instructions and your all good to go

Yay! Nordic curls!!!
Ever since I tore my hamstring several years ago while running, I have tried to do Nordic curls to increase muscle strength. It is really hard to find a place to do Nordic curls! My only option is really to have someone hold my feet which isn’t as easy as it sounds and I don’t have people readily available to hold my feet. I did an Amazon search and this was the first thing that came up. I was so excited! After it came in the mail I was using it within about 30 seconds. Super simple to use. I did get with the mat because I didn’t know if my workout mat would be thick enough. The mat is great as well. Very squishy. I’m so excited I can do Nordic curls whenever I want now!

Hard to use
This is a good concept but I found it difficult to place/use properly or safely and thus my use of it has been limited. Perhaps someone more agile than me could find a way to make this work. If you are not very fit and dexterous, I would be cautious in using this as you could hurt yourself (particularly your back) trying to use this.
