A really amazing translation of the original Gujarati book and absolutely delighted to complete it for Pragna 3 in P.P. Bapa’s Shatabdi year, some of the words had me referring a dictionary and brings out the real essence of Maharaj, Swami, Guru Parampara and P.P. Swamishri.

In the Joy of Others is a life sketch of Pramukh Swami Maharaj, portraying his credo, "In the joy of others lies our own". It is chronological up to his shouldering the spiritual leadership of the Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS) in 1971. The rest of the book has been separated into chapters that delve into various aspects of his life: relentless travels, sadhus, interaction with children and youth, spirituality and teachings, concern for social harmony and other such topics. In all, the book attempts to offer an overview of his life and work to date.
