The solar charging is great. Just a couple of hours in the sun will last for days. Notes and Tips: 1) You have to use the Tissot app if you want notifications and tracking data. If you don't that is OK, the watch itself is very easy to move through the menu. The only thing that is easier to do in the app, rather than on watch is setuping and modifying alarms. 2) When setting-up the app make sure to configure your notifications setting, the app doesn't fully adhere to the phone's notifications settings, you may even find that you get notifications for things that you never knew could give notifications... Basic things like: Android-auto nearly killed my watch on the first day; for some reason the app defaulted to phone call notifications disabled. The will also install a service that will sit in your phones notifications screen. This service maintains the Bluetooth connection with the watch for notifications and tracking data (App doesn't record any GPS location information) 3) The night glow is high quality. The outer compass numbers and letters glow. The inner time lines and watch hands glow. 4) The bottom digital display will only light up when a notification comes or you interact with the menu. So you don't need to worry about a bright light coming from it in the middle of the night, if you sleep with it on. 5) From what I know of Tissot, this is the largest watch they make. If you want to buy another band for the watch, you must get a 44mm band, and they can be harder to find. (40mm bands will not work either, they will just fallout of the retaining holes) Tissot only offers a leather band as an option. No there isn't a small version touch model available, and Tissot sales says they have no plans to offer one in the future. I'm not a watch seller or an expert. I'm just someone that really likes Tissot watches. I have 5 Tissot watches, and for every day use, this is a great watch.

I love idea of this watch. In other words, the most common benefits of an Apple Watch but without the need to recharge it. But It is constantly disconnected from my iPhone and looking like this picture. It’s stuck in a mode where I don’t even know the time until I fix the Bluetooth connection. So it’s one step forward but 2 steps back. Quality is nice except for the cheap looking plastic backing.

As mentioned in other reviews, the strap on this watch is way too short. I tried the second hole from the end and even that was a tight fit. I have a lot of watches with rubber-straps and have never come across this issue before. I don't believe that my wrists are much larger than normal and they are certainly within a normal strap size-range. So, because of that and the fact that this watch appeared to have been previously returned, I sent it back for a refund.
