Cat in love with it
Our cat loves it. She absolutely loves to play with it after she uses the box. She will put her pause or head back in, and that stops the rotation then she’ll go to leave and she’ll do it all over again. It has turned into her daily or should I say nightly game to annoy my husband

Super Convenient and App is Easy to Use
The cats come running every time it dispenses. App is super easy to use and set schedules and I love that the cats get fed automatically. Having a chronic illness I really appreciate gadgets like this that make my life easier :)

Works as it should! Great for Scheduled Feedings!
We got this because the cat needed a diet and the gravity feeder we had allowed her to eat whenever she wanted all day long. With this feeder we set up a nice little feeding schedule and put her on a diet. She's down 8 lbs and the vet is ecstatic. We highly recommend this feeder!

Failed in Less than 2 Years with an unfixable sensor error
Bought 2 of these - 1 failed in less than 2 years. On one unit, sensor failure would happen randomly, preventing food from dispensing. Support was unable to resolve issue besides “clean the unit” or “unplug it from power”. Was not under warranty in less than 2 years, best they could do was 10% on buying a brand new unit. Highly do not recommend - these are several times more expensive than well reviewed competitors and there’s no value in quality or service in paying more for the feeder-robot.

Backup battery?
Backup battery, you can’t any information about a backup battery, but there is space for one in the bottom of the feeder. Looks like it will require a special battery, not something common C or D batteries. 2nd time writing this

GET IT
This has been a staple in our house. We have multiple animals and this has been a game changer for us - and it doubles as the food storage at the top which is perfect to save space

Failed after 1.5 months and no refund
This item was broken within 1 month. I replaced the power cord and it worked another month. I unplugged it and when I tried to power on again it failed. I inspected the wiring inside the panel and it appears to be flimsy and loose. This item has passed the return window. I have a Litter Robot 4 with hooper and love it. I've recommended it to others and they enjoy it. The feeder robot is not worth my supposed upgrade.
