T5 Grow Light, 5000K White Full Spectrum LED Grow Light 2ft, 8 Pack

I’ve built my current indoor growing system around these lights for my non-fruiting and non-flowering plants, and I absolutely love them. They’ve provided excellent growth for herbs and other leafy plants, keeping everything healthy, compact, and vibrant. The lights are bright, easy to install, and work well on shelving. They also run cool and have been very reliable with daily use. My basil, cilantro, and other foliage plants have all responded really well under them. If you’re growing herbs, seedlings, houseplants, or other plants that don’t require intense flowering light, I highly recommend these. They’ve exceeded my expectations and have become the backbone of my indoor grow setup.

Okay, usually stuff like this is kind of like kitchen gadgets - neato but junk (heat mat for example). Not this! I’m super happy with it. Just got it a few days ago, put it to work immediately. 1) actually decent quality, comes with good mounting stuff. 2) on or off, no in between on brightness but you choose how close or far from seedlings (or whatever) so you're in charge. 3) My seedlings are usually leggy because I use either south facing window or lamp light… don’t bother, those methods are junk. LOL. I bought the 2’ length, excellent choice for my metal baking racks which also work with the magnetic back on the lights. The flexibility of the products is excellent because of the multiple ways to mount them (zip tie, magnetic, etc) No timer but I don’t need that. I am super happy with the quality, cost, performance (so far) I’m so glad to not be dealing with leggy plants. The difference of just a few days is amazing.

I genuinely cannot recommend these lights enough. I used Barrina T5s to light a large houseplant collection in a basement with absolutely no windows or natural light, and they worked incredibly well. I had them mounted across multiple shelves with everything from Alocasias and Philodendrons to Monsteras, Begonias, Hoyas, succulents, and propagations growing underneath them. These weren’t just supplemental lights either — they were essentially the only light source for many of my plants, and I was able to maintain a huge, healthy collection with consistent growth. I especially love how easy they are to link together and arrange across shelving. They put out a ton of usable light without taking up much space, and being able to use several bars lets you get much more even coverage than you would from a single grow bulb. I ran mine for long periods every day and they’ve been extremely reliable. I paired a Matter-compatible auto outlet to my phone as a timer. If you’re building a plant shelf, growing plants in a basement, or just have a room without enough natural light, Barrina T5s are one of the best plant purchases I’ve made. I LOVE these Barrina T5 grow light strips! Check out my photos. I attached 2 of these to the bottom of 4 shelves, above the plants. They shed loads of full spectrum light over all my plants - mostly succulents and cacti. The kit includes literally anything you'll need for installation on a variety of surfaces. Unfortunately, the peel and stick metal pieces for magnetic mounting have crappy adhesive which can't handle the weight of the strips, even though they are VERY light. So, I used the very thin zip ties that came in the kit since the shelves have slats which allow for that type of mounting. The thinness of the zip ties makes them virtually invisible and barely affects the pots sitting over them. I connected the string of 8 light strips to an electronic timer. It works like a charm. Unlike most grow lights that come with a timer, if power goers out my electronic timer doesn't lose its memory, and resetting it isn't necessary. The light you see on the top shelf is not a Barrina light. I had to find one that would work on a top shelf since there is nothing above it.

First off, I bought these for a specific shelving unit. Unfortunately they did not fit because the total length once you insert the cords on both ends exceeded the space. They do not give those measurements in the description. I went to return them the same day I got them and apparently they were non refundable. I was out nearly $90. I did call Amazon and complain because in all my years of buying experience I have never not been able to return purchases, especially on Amazon. Customer service was great and made a one time exception and told me to keep them because they could not accept them. I thought great, now I have these lights and no place to use them, so they sat in their boxes in a closet until I could find someone to give them to. Fast forward, I got more plants and repurposed a metal rack I had in my office. I remembered I had these lights, so I pulled them out and stuck them on the underside of each shelf. My plants are in heaven. I still had a bunch of lights, so when I had to quarantine some plants after finding a mealy bug and powdery white mildew, I rigged some of the lights to a painter pole, placed two large containers on each side of my quarantine dresser, laid the pole on top, and set my quarantined plants under it. Perfect. I only have so many windows and since succulents need a lot more light, I was worried about quarantining them because I did not have a place where they would get enough light. Then I decided to put some plants on the bottom shelf of my foyer table. Why did I not think of this sooner? They are fantastic and provide the light these plants need. These lights put out so much light. My plants clearly like being under them. I will definitely buy more from this brand. I have a bunch of props under these lights and every single leaf has pups. I have not been successful propagating my ghost plant in the past, but now I have three babies. I have about 100 pups from my kalanchoe marnieriana leaf props. I am amazed. I also finally propagated a jade plant from a leaf and from the leaf of my kalanchoe tormentosa, the panda plant. The only thing they could improve is including shorter connection plugs. The ones included are so long. I have a bunch of the Barrina pucks and those came with both long and short connectors. Not sure why these Barrina strip lights don’t.

So not the most powerful but they work really well they give off of nice subtle white pink glow and they really push growth and foliage so pretty please with it.

We absolutely love these grow lights! They put off a little pink tent, and my wife loves them. They are our new favorite! They’re very easy to put up, and I was surprised how easy to connect them together, and everything was. These are absolutely the easiest thing I have done all year! They are absolutely worth the money, and we are definitely gonna be buying a couple more sets. That’s how much we love these!

I have used these lights pretty much nonstop for the last year. I love the plug and play. My plants have definitely grown towards them, especially my cacti and oxalis. EXTENSIONS/PLUGS...They have what I will describe as a female end (hole) on both ends of the light. Therefore, you can plug in the extension cord that hooks to the outlet or the extension cords that hook one light to the other, onto either end of any of the 8 lights. Other lights that interconnect will have one male end and one female end, therefore if you put the light up in the wrong direction, you have to take it back down and rehang it, in order to plug it in where you want to. This light is different (except one of the lights has an end without any connection point for some reason). ON/OFF SWITCHES...They have a simple on/off switch on each light and on the main cord that plugs into the outlet. Because of that you can have some of the lights on and some off at the same time, despite the fact that all of them are getting power from one plug (They do give you two outlet plugs in the kit though which is awesome, in case you want to have two lights in one part of the house and the rest in another spot, for example.). To explain more, to have every light on (if you have all eight attached to one outlet), you need to flip the switches on each of the eight lights to the "on" position, and then switch the switch on the main outlet cord to the "on" position. Then if for example, you have a bunch of plants die, you can turn off any of the eight lights that don't have plants under them any longer. Say you want to third and fourth lights off and the rest on. Just flip the switches on the actual lights (third and fourth) off and there you go. I attach the main cord to a timer that is plugged into my outlet and leave all of the switches to the on position. They turn on and off by themselves then according to a schedule. With these lights, I would definitely recommend you avoid doing this... I have them connected to the underside of different shelves on a larger metal shelf unit. The shelving has metal bars (and thus openings in the base of each shelf). If I water the plants on the top shelf and they leak water from the base of their pots, the water will drip down to the shelf below it. I suggest if you have that set-up to find a sort of hood/guard to cover the garden lights with. If you have water drip onto the back of the light, it will not hurt the lights easily because they are sealed well. I know because I have yet to prevent the pots above these Barrina garden lights from leaking water onto the lights. The lights are still fine. I wouldn't recommend it of course. An easy solution would be to put a catch tray underneath the pots (I just haven't found a tray that fits in my shelf well enough). Overall, I have no complains about these light. I greatly recommend them. I just recently got another Barrina garden light and it was not as well made as these. Unfortunately, that one doesn't connect to these either. It has some little features that these lights don't but one main flaw of that lights is that the plastic that covers the diodes is very cheap and thin (it would break very easy). This eight pack of lights has solid plastic and backing making up each light. I recommend them for sure. If I wanted more garden lights, I would get this exact kit and link them up with my older lights.

Super belle qualité et facile a installer de la facon qu’on le souhaite! Jai des plants qui demandent beaucoup de lumiere et ca semble bien éclairer en plus des semis qui adorent ca aussi! La connexion multiprise est vraiment bien aussi au lieu de devoir brancher 8 separement on les connecte ensemble et on peut les eteindre manuellement chacun directement sur la lumiere!

Excelentes luces, trae todo lo necesario para su instalación y eso lo hace muy fácil, la luz es radiante, recién las instale y espero mis suculentas estés más bellas 👍🏼❤️

I had a grow light before and this one is so much brighter than my old one. I love the white pink light although I really wanted the yellow one but those were sold out. I wish they make more 1 ft grow light in yellow but I would still highly recommend this grow light to anyone and would probably purchase more if I need more.

Versatile product, can be connected together to make a longer light, a chain of lights or use each light individually with it’s own power cord. Has option to mount light with screws or double sided tape. Just installed them yesterday so not sure if they will help plants grow or not but does add a nice glow to my showcase.

Love these lights I put them in my greenhouse as we had a long winter. It helped with my plants. Excellent choice.
