I've had sensitive gums for a couple of years and have tried so many different toothbrushes and mouthwashes without improvement. I get sensitive spots that I have to be really careful to not irritate, and I think my gums have receded a little. I bought this dental probiotic as an act of desperation. I am so surprised that finally I've found something that helps. My gums feel better and I can tolerate brushing with a regular toothbrush. I think my breath is better and strangely, I feel like I get less afternoon abdominal bloating that I sometimes had. The affect was noticeable after just a couple of weeks. I brush and floss my teeth before bed and then slowly chew the tablet so it can work in my mouth while I sleep. It's really a game-changer for me.

I like the fact that it helps kill the bad bacteria leaving the good bacteria I also like the fact that it's safe for my two-year-old grandson he likes to chew it and then show me his tongue so I know he's chewing it all over his mouth it also helps to keep him from getting as many sore throat due to drainage and as we all know it's a struggle getting a two year old to brush their teeth or let you brush their teeth I like the fact that this helps get the spots I miss overall he loves mint so he likes the flavor of it only thing I don't like is that it looks like a pill and I don't want him thinking that he can chew any pill he sees that looks this I wish it looked more like candy unless Like A Pill but I will say I only give him half at a time because I don't know if him having a whole one would be too much product for him so if you're giving it to you your children or grandchildren under the age of four I would only give them a half once a day

First off, a disclaimer...I am not regimented enuf to be a steady use reviewer. But they do give me a sense of them working. Lol I was real anxious about how gross they would taste or make my tummy feel. They are surprisingly subtle mint. The tablets are quite hard, so they do take some crunching. The saliva and tablet mixture is not disgusting to swallow... Not too sure if you are meant to spit, as the instructions are vague. On the level of " consult your dentist for directions". So that's not terribly helpful. I have tried both, swallowed and spit. I saw some other ones for sale on Amazon that had directions to hold in mouth for like 30min and spit. They go so far as to say don't drink or eat for an hr afterwards. I tried to implement those directions with these tablets. Left me feeling that they did help. I have a weird bump on my top set, near the facial skin & jaw/root. It did seem to be even less engorged after using these. I got them bc I have some gum recession on my bottom front teeth. But I don't use them enuf to make any change on those, yet. Only issue for me is the lack of instruction and maybe the hardness for those with issues crunching.

doesnt taste all that great. The other brand on here (NatureWise) is MUCH better. Has the same probiotic strains too.

I’ve always had a fear that I have bad breath. Since I can remember, this has always been in the back of my mind. Recently, after a really bad head cold, I noticed I had tonsil stones. In an attempt to find something to help with those, I stumbled on these dental probiotics. I figured they were worth a try. As someone who has multiple autoimmune disorders, malabsorption issues, and genetically not-so-great teeth it seemed like these might help the continuous metallic taste I have in my mouth and also help with my fear of bad breath (even though my husband says I don’t have it). After taking it a week, I can say it has helped the metallic taste in my mouth a bit and has taken the “edge” off. I don’t think I wake up with angel breath every morning, but this seems to be helping. As far as the tonsil stones go, I don’t think anything has changed as I have them still but Ive only taken them for about a week/twice a day. So far, I like them and will keep ordering them to add to my rigerious oral care routine!

I bought these really needing to support my oral health but I never stuck with them because I hated the taste. I ended up buying another supplement with blis k12 for sinus and oral health and it was alot easier to stick to. I was disappointed in myself for not using these because I had endless oral issues and it could have stopped them from progressing but I couldn't stomach it. I wish the had a peppermint or fruit flavour that might be more palatable.

Not sure that this product really works
