Koyorad V081255 High Performance Radiator

Best full-size radiator for those swapping a Honda K-series engine k20/k24 engine and need a full-size radiator. Uses a 36mm V-core which is good for high power race applications. Koyo radiators are nocolok brazed and are designed for a factory fit, direct bolt in with no engine modifications necessary, and retain mounts for the stock fan shrouds and fans and or custom setups. On both sides feature 2 threaded bungs which use 10mm head bolts perfectly. The radiator fit my 1996 Acura Integra with no problems using lower mounts. Came with two "L" Brackets to mount it below headlights utilizing rubber spacers for vibrations. The top filler necks are both on the left. The lower inlet is 'L' shaped also with a 6'" pipe to make the lower radiator hose straight as possible from the thermostat. Using a swivel neck as I did makes the hose almost perfectly straight across. Radiator measures 29"L X18.5"H X 36"W. Has an M18X1.5 drain bolt. I recommend adding a threaded adapter to help with draining so it doesn't go all over everything. Inner measurement for a fan shroud is 24.5" X 16" Hose fitment for Integra I used Upper hose: Gates # 21229, lower hose: Gates # 22703 Issues and one major problem and that's the cap. Koyo radiators require a special cap which has to be purchased separately. The second problem it's not compatible with OEM fans, airbox, or coolant reservoir. Have to use custom universal fans. I used a SPAL fans 2 12" pull/pusher style with dual relays wired.
