I was searching for a liquid chalk as an alternative for Disc Golf from standard chalk which is just messy. Now i was searching for Bird Sauce, a disc golf branded product. This product was a perfect option that also provides more value to the cost thanks to the refill bottle.GOOD: The product works fantastic. It is ready to go within 20 seconds after applying. About 90% waterproof. Do not try to hold a bottle of water in your throwing hand. Grip is great. But, for disc golf, it can be a little too grippy immediately after application so do not be surprised by a little grip lock.HOW MUCH IS ENOUGH? Well, for rock climbing and weight lifting, i would imagine you need to follow the suggested directions to squirt it into your palm and then spread it onto your hands. For Disc golfers or any activity requiring dexterity in grip. I Highly recommend applying no more than a drop, the size of a housefly to the first finger of your throwing hand and use your thumb to spread that across your fingers. That way you only have it where you need it to grip the disc.NEGATIVES: none. No, really. This stuff works great and its actually helped me increase the distance of my throws
