Champion Men's Reverse Weave Fleece Pullover Hoodie for Men (Reg. Or Big & Tall)

5’10” 165-170 here. I wear a medium in most every top but can range from small to large depending on the brand. I always knew these hoodies to run large. I purchased a small and a medium. The small fit perfectly, very modern like, but had no room for shrinkage nor much layering underneath if needed. The medium was a little roomy but still laid nicely without looking overly boxy. I decided to wash and dry the medium and send back the small as I wouldn’t have liked it had it shrunk at all. After washing and drying the medium on low heat, it fits perfectly. It shrunk just enough while still leaving ample room underneath. In summary, I’d recommend ordering your normal size. The reverse weave is an attractive, dense design that seems to retain heat well. It’s a comfortable sweatshirt, like the classic designs of the past that are difficult to find now. The inside is soft and it features a stretch band on the sides for mobility. The bottom hem is elastic and the cuffs are nearly four inches or so of snugness. This is actually a great touch as they won’t be allowing cold wind to enter up the arms, nor will they slide up on you while moving. I love the small patch “C” on the chest and left forearm. Subtle but classically designed. I purchased the light gray and it’s exactly what I was hoping for. A true classic hoodie. Deep kangaroo pocket in front and a deep, thick hood on top. If I had any recommendations for improvement, the drawstrings feel a bit weak in comparison to the rest of the design. All said, I’ll be back for more. Love this hoodie.

I’ve had this for actually 10 years, and it’s still great. (Don’t wear much at all anymore). The color stays with washes, the softness is still great. I highly recommend this item for the value. No shrinkage when washing, the layers are great for cold weather helps a lot against cold as well.

Champion makes some good stuff for wearing around the house, doing yard work in the fall or winter, and exercising. Their reverse weave sweaters in particular are sturdy and warm. I own a few reverse weave non-hooded sweatshirts and they are over-sized which you will read in the reviews. I wear a large, and they easily appear like they are one size up. My girlfriend hates them because they are purposely cut shorter with an elastic band at the waist for the old school look, but they are really wide and puffy, so the proportions are way off and unflattering. Seriously, don't wear the non hooded reverse weave sweatshirts in public as a fashion statement as they do not have a modern cut. I don't wear skinny jeans or shirts that are painted on to my body, but the garbage bag appearance is just ridiculous. The hooded sweatshirt, however, seems to fit well. It's not tight or tailored, but it's not nearly as baggy as other reverse weave sweatshirts I've worn in the past. It has a soft fleece interior. The thickness is substantial - the outside is slightly coarse, thick material, not the paper thin stuff you could rip apart with your hands. This is a classic, affordable, strong sweatshirt and a good investment versus some of the expensive boutique "replica" retro sweatshirts.

Nice and heavy hoodie, but without feeling constricting. I have another one of these, and it works great for fall through spring, and throw a puffer on top and it's great even for Boston winters.

I bought this for my boyfriend as a gift and he really liked it. He had the same one that was washed and dried one too many times so it was a liiiitle but too small so he like that I got him this one. It’s good quality and fit the way it should. I got a large but he likes baggy hoodies so it was perfect. He could have fit a medium but again he likes hoodies baggy. I will say if you’re 5’3 like me tho the large will be quite big lmao.

Title kinda says it all. I'm 5'10" with a wide shoulder frame, I got the hoodie in medium size, and it fits perfectly on me -- not too baggy, not too tight/short. The fabric is a bit thick btw. Perfect hoodie for mixing and matching with coats for cold days.

(I'm a 5'3.5" and 145 pound female, and I have breasts and hips and whatnot to account for fitting if that matters) I was doing a ton of research about these hoodies and I just wasn't sure what size to get. I can be a small or medium in men's hoodies depending on the brand and styles within each brand. Sometimes I can be swimming in a medium, and sometimes a small fits too tight. Anyway, people have commented that this hoodie is generally oversized (boxy, so it's wide) and that's just simply the old-school style of it. I bought a size small as a Christmas gift for my bestfriend and a medium for myself but I figured I would try them both on to see what would fit. They both fit fine, but the small was slimmer fitting all around. I definitely preferred the medium because it was oversized but it was perfect for me. In my opinion, I was not swimming. It was the perfect amount of oversized. I have short arms, so the arms kind of bunched up but I like that look.) I hope this helps someone out there.

Just get it!! It's my first Champion hoodie and I can't wait to save up and get more. It's original. It's thick and so comfy and keeps you so warm!!

My favourite hoodie! I have a closet full of hoodies. I live in hoodies, between walking ym dog in Canadian winter, always being cold and wanting to be snug, I live in hoodies! Before I bought this I bought a few hoodies from H&M for cheap and was always cold. Then I decided to drop a pretty penny on this hoodie and ive worn it probably every evening since. It's a heavy weight, fabric that keeps me sooo warm. It's a bit, hard, starchy? I don't know how to explain it, not super soft, but super comfortable. Like a heavy weight fabric. You can tell it's made well and will hold up. I've washed it a bu ch and it still feels like brand new. Loved it so much I bought my husband one too.

Great authentic hoody, not the Euro champion small fitting type. This is the real deal. Heavy weight, quality material. Fit is on the larger size. I’m normally medium in everything but this was on the looser fitting side. First wash and tumble drying fits perfectly.

Almost exactly what I expected. The hoodie is thick yet comfortable, great in a cold air-conditioned space. It might require some effort to remove though.
