Great value, easy to use a money saver

I use these instead of protein powders which can and do irritate intestines. Tasty , easy to use, several flavours and regularly on offer. Use for kids for extra vitamins and upping their protein without adding silly calories in ailkshake. Can also mix great in nut milks too. Makes a great diet ice cream.

The strawberry is absolutely delicious, the cafe latte was strong but delicious however the blueberry, banana and white choc & raspberry were not very sweet, in fact they didn't have much taste, but they are all exactly what they should be both size and filling. Good value for money for all of them, but I probably won't get blueberry, banana or white choc & raspberry again though.

Very refreshing and fruity

I've had the standard strawberry and chocolate before and really didn't like the taste so I bought 4 different flavours that I saw on amazon blueberry being one of them it was really nice and fruity I felt full after. Because of medication i have to take daily I don't have much of an appetite in morning up until evening meal and I would starve myself all day, being told this wasn't good for me so I thought I would give the shakes a try it was enough for my stomach to be happy but not too much I felt sick and bloated. The only downside I found with the blueberry one is it repeated on me and the burps tasted revolting so although it is nice the after affects for me were enough to put me off buying this flavour again. The raspberry and white chocolate one omg I'm in heaven it tastes amazing it tastes exactly like jammy dodgers definitely my favourite by far. I do like a iced coffee so thought I would give the cafe latte a try and that too was delicious I will definitely buy the cafe latte and raspberry and white chocolate ones again. I've yet to try the peach and apricot
