I am very pleasantly surprised. I used them on top of a salad and also with sauce as a side dish. I like the texture, my husband did not but i am not surprised by that. The taste is good, there is not much flavor so you would use it with spices or sauce. By pros: super low calorie (6 per pouch), sugar free, fat free, gluten free, gmo freeze. The serving size seemed small but it is ok for a side. I will keep eating those for sure!!

I’ve recently tried Konjac noodles, and I’m really impressed! They’re an excellent low-carb alternative to regular pasta. The texture is slightly different, but it’s quite satisfying and works well in various dishes, especially when you’re craving pasta without the carbs. They don’t have much flavor on their own, but they soak up the taste of whatever sauce or seasoning you use. Perfect for anyone following a low-carb or keto diet. This product is OK if you want to eat just anything instead of noodles. The texture is like tenderized rubber bands. I guess they're trying to mimic al dente pasta. It doesn't work. The product comes already wet and slimy. What makes me the more upset is that twice this brand has appeared when I'm looking for low-carb RAMEN. They are NOT ramen. Amazon's search has declined a lot lately. You ask for something, and it brings out things that are nothing like what you asked. To make it worse, you can't return the product, so if you don't like it, you lose all your money.

Ordered these to try as a low cal low carb alternative to pasta. These noodles taste like absolutely nothing which I like. I can add any sauce over them and the noodles don’t affect the flavor at all. The portion sizes could have been a bit bigger but I don’t mind still plenty to enjoy with a piece of chicken or other protein. The noodles are EXTREMELY chewy and gummy. Takes some time to chew completely. Frankly if they weren’t only 6, I’d give it 2-3 stars but being so low in calories is a huge plus for calorie counting. Can easily save yourself atleast 300-400 calories for a meal by using these.

Amazing and super filling! I follow a low carb/keto lifestyle and this fits in perfectly. It keeps me full and satisfied without messing up my carb goals. Definitely buying again!

Hit or miss purchase - some are great like normal konjac noodles but in mine, half the packages were dry & inedible. They’re supposed to be soaked in liquid but this is what some of them look like.

I have been consuming shiratake for some time now but I always had to buy it refrigerated and in a plastic bag with liquid inside; the liquid smelled deeply of fish, so I had to rinse the shiratakes many times before using and, even then, some fish aroma still lingered. Not so with the Hethstia Konjac Noodle Low Carb Pasta Shirataki, that is offered in 100gr/3.5oz portions, in a sealed bag, do not require refrigeration, and the liquid is odorless. For example, the box with spaghetti-like konjac has 10 separate portions; the one with linguini 6, and so on. This product is great as an add-on to your soups, potages, and anything that has clear or dense sauce. I specially like it as a substitute for spaghetti (Hethsia makes them in several formats: linguini, angel hair, and so forth) and on top of it goes the sauce, and it is simply great: no carbs, no calories, except for those of the sauce. This is now my goto brand and provider here in USA. I highly recommend this product.
