Broke/ Update
Tried installing it but one broke in half as soon as it got installed so was not able to test it out to see how it worked/ Update Wonderful company to purchase merchandise from. Didn't even contact them about the broken item I received they contacted me and replaced the item. Forever a customer and will purchase from them whenever they come out with new merchandise for PS5. So far I have purchased almost all the controller mods and love them all. Keep up the good work and good customer service.

Poor Fitment/Clearance. Micro Switches Intermittent
Update after 3 weeks: So the intermittent trigger has completely resolved it's self after use. I guess there is a break in period. I don't know if that will be the case for everyone or if it will be reliable forever. Only time will tell. But it's working flawlessly now. As for the fitment issues that required extensively dremeling and gluing, this could be due to the fact I did not use the original triggers. I used clear triggers made by ExtremeRate. But since the triggers and this trigger kit are both made by the same company I figured they would be compatible. So it's working great now. But it took 6+ hours to assemble and 2+ weeks to break in. So I'm upgrading from 1 to 4 stars. Original review: I have had 3 eXtremeRate products before, including the original dualsense non-micro switch trigger kit, and they were all great so I did not hesitating buying this micro switch trigger kit. But wow is this thing bad. I spent 6+ hours trying and ultimately they only work intermittently. First there is poor fitment between the trigger adaptors (little plastic blocks you stick to the inside of the trigger) and micro switches. The switches were always on. I had to cut away at the inside of the trigger to make space. Then the little plastic blocks kept falling off the trigger. I had to open up the controller each time. Ultimately I glued them in place. Then the adaptors would rub on the inside of the controller casing. I had to dremel away to make clearance. Even after all that the switches are intermittent. You pull the trigger and 25% of the time it doesn't register. Other times you pull the trigger and you get a double fire. There must be some debouncing issue. This is a circuit design problem. So yeah, overall a complete fail and waste of a lot of time. I'm going to have to take my controller apart AGAIN to put it back to the way I had it and hope it still works after all the cutting I did for the clearance issues.

Perfect for PS Portal!
Had a devil of a time finding the right guide with all the iterations they’ve had but the PS Portal has 020 modules in it and they needed the upgrade!

Awful
The kit doesn't work with the newer (or at least my dual sense PS5) controller. The video tutorial was completely different from the insides of my controller. Also, I was sent two L1/L2 sided motherboards or trigger piece replacements for the kit. I had no R1/R2 sided pieces at all and even if I had, none of the replacement parts would even fit in my trigger housings. Poor quality, not worth your time or effort. I've completely ruined a perfectly good controller also because it wouldn't even go back together right. Don't buy, just invest in a controller with predesigned triggers for FPS.

Poor execution and tolerances on the micro switch version
EDIT: I bumped my rating up a star since customer support was earnest in trying to find a solution for me. I'm still very appreciative for that help even if the product did not personally meet my needs in the end. As a fan of the clicky face buttons, I really wanted to like the clicky hair triggers. I picked up the Omron micro switch version of the kit as opposed to the ones with the smaller tactile switches, under the assumption that I was shelling out a few more dollars for micro switches with better longevity. Did I just pay more money for a categorically inferior experience...? Due to the general bulkiness of the Omron switches, they are positioned in unideal spaces in the trigger housings. This is particularly frustrating in the case of the R1 button being unable to properly press the switch button since the R1 stem collides with the rest of the Omron housing before pressing the button. eXtremeRate's solution to this (as shown in their installation video?) Sand down your oem trigger button. Hesitantly, I sanded it down, and when that didn't work, I clipped the entire stem off and shoved an L-shaped bit of paperclip into the remaining hole so that there was something to press down on the Omron switch. The included plastic adapters that you're required to shove into the L2 and R2 buttons? They scrape against the back housing of the controller. The tolerances are so tight that they cause the entire controller housing to creak when L2 and R2 are pressed. I imagine the only solution to this is a combination of filing the adapters as well as dremeling the controller housing. I will not be doing that, because I should NOT have to in the first place. These same adapters also hate staying in place, and in my case I had to super glue them into the buttons. I'm on my 2nd kit. After I installing the 1st kit, one of the triggers didn't even work, so I had to return it and order a replacement and re-install everything. And now, between the controller creaking and the lack of tactility in the micro switches (they are FAR less tactile than the clicky face buttons, in fact, I cannot feel the clicks at all), I am considering undoing the kit and returning it even though it "functions" now. Be prepared to sand/file/dremel your DualSense in irreversible ways if you choose to purchase this kit, at least for BDM-020.

These were perfect and easy to install using guidance videos on youtube. Definitely worth it compared to paying an arm and a leg for those 3rd party controllers that stop working as soon as their warranty expires.

Does exactly what it says on the tin! Instillation was pretty easy, no soldering required! Worth while if you’re a big FPS player and an easy mod to do. Haven’t tested the longevity of it yet but from what I can see it’s great! The tolerances are pretty tight so just make sure everything is lined up perfectly and don’t overtighten the screws when they go back in as it’ll put pressure on the button reducing that clicks feeling.
