J-B Weld WaterWeld, 1 Hour Cure, Epoxy Putty Stick - 2 Pack, Off-White (8277-2)

This was so easy to use and worked really well! I am not even close to being a plumber, but this sealed my leak up. Used on old copper pipe in my basement. Drying/curing time was fast and the leak stopped almost immediately. There was enough to seal around my pipe with some left over. Not sure it would be enough to do 2 full fixes but a good amount.

had a cracked thru hull fitting I needed to get through the weekend and this stuff cured underwater and held solid. kneaded up easy and set firm in about an hour like the packaging said. used it on a leaking pipe under the sink too and same result.

JB Weld is simply the best epoxy, and this particular formulation is best for use in water systems. You can't use it to fix high pressure pipes, but it works great for fixing leaks in tanks.

Normally this stuff works well and sticks to most anything. Did not work on my Fiberglass water tank the developed a leak. Sanded the spot. Cleaned with MEK.. applied JBWeld and 24 hours later filled the tank and the leak re appeared.

Used to seal leak in pool. White color dries quick even under water used prior time and is very durable though does chalk some. Flexes to adapt to site used.

Used this product to fix leaks holes on canoes and pontoon floats as well as a cracked plastic utility tub. Worked great in all uses!! I combined with the syringe product in some cases, but the putty sticks are very easy to use since you can get it exactly on the right spot easily! Recommend this and other J-B Weld products highly!

Might work well with some problems. But not this particular one.

Needed to seal up a leak around my pool skimmer, and this done is awesome!! It doesn’t require any mixing, it comes in this tube and it’s like a clay/putty. My skimmer had a steady leak, I applied this stuff around the leak and it stopped immediately! It does have an odor, but it wasn’t super strong.

I got this Waterweld to plug some tiny holes in a concrete drinking water cistern. The stuff works great. You need to use it correctly however. My concrete is Spaulding so if the loose gravel is not removed or sealed first, the Waterweld epoxy will incorporate the grit and not stick properly. I've used this stuff on cleaned concrete, PVC, ABS (all under water) and rubber (at the waterline) and it has held more than a year. I used it originally in summer 2023 and didn't use it all. I wrapped the remaining unmixed epoxy in plastic, used the remainder in the summer of 2024 (worked fine). Then bought another 2 pack in the summer of 24. I have more repairs to complete in summer 2025 and have one tube left. I'm sure it'll work fine when I get to the job this coming summer. If I need more, I will definitely buy this type/brand as it's served me well.

I have not use it or open it yet as I am keeping it for future use. I have recently used JB weld waterweld for my leaking fuel tank earlier and I like so much that I am buying this product again and also just spent quite a bit of money and ordered a range of other JB weld products. Hope these items remains soft and pliable for long storage. Buy the 2-pack to save money. Thank you very much.

My pool filter cracked from failing to drain it properly up at valve housing. Was told not repairable. I tried this and it worked like charm.

A very useful product for filling those knicks and scratches on boat undersides. However kneeding the putty to properly release the curing catalyst is messy and if not done right you won't have a solid repair. I found extended time kneeding the putty sends it into a rapid curing mode making filling a void challenging but not kneeding the putty sufficiently substantially extends curing time or even improper curing leaving a soft repair.

This product is amazing it works just like it advertised it stops leaks on plastic metal and other materials once you use the product it becomes hard like a rock always good to have around for emergencies
