Great pancakes! They look a little different because the batter is dark compared to flour pancakes, but they fry up nice and taste great. The texture is the same as a regular pancake.

i have been gluten and dairy free for years. and i have not had a decent waffle since then. i have tried many mixes and flours but still could not get the proper waffle. until now. i recently tried the cake mix and icing by miss jones and was floored with the taste and quality. and then i tried the waffle mix and blow my mind. i used a mini waffle maker and had the best waffle ever--and it was gluten and dairy free. who knew i could enjoy waffles again (my waist line might not approve.). thank you miss jones. i can have waffles (and birthday cake) again thanks to you.

It makes great pancakes. It is gluten free.I am very pleased with this pancake mix and recommend it.

I have tried other varieties of GF pancake mix. I bought this a second time because the combination of oat flour and coconut sugar hits the spot for me. I'm the only one in our family who prefers non-wheat breads and baked goods, so I modify the recipe to make six pancakes at a time, for two servings. My favorite addition is tiny frozen blueberries.Since I don't use the whole bag at one time, I have had to be inventive coming up with ways to keep the rest of the package fresh, with chip clips, rubber bands and masking tape. Please, please, provide a resealable package, and your product will become a permanent member of my breakfast rotation.

I wouldn’t recommend these. They have a different taste.

Excellent pancake mix, very easy to get good results. Not something I do very often but fun to have sometimes. Especially appreciate the coconut sugar instead of cane sugar, which I avoid. Also stored some extra pancakes in the freezer to warm up later as a snack, they do just fine. Everything I’ve tried from this brand is as good or better than “real”, recommend!

We usually mix it with the cheaper rice based mix, the oat Really adds flavor we love. The whole family enjoys these pancakes, and I have missed pancakes for a Very long time. This makes me happy. I purchase it regularly and make sure not to run out.
